[Resolved]  PAL PEUGEOT-309 — NON REFUND OF BOOKING AMOUNT

Mr.Ravindra ji i fully agree to what all you have been thru...we have also booked the same car in 1997 with Rs 25000 as booking amount and till adte we have also not been able to recover the same.We have spoken to FIAT people many times but unfortunately they always forward us to some other person to talk to...i think we should do something together to get our hard earned money...

Hi Guys, I too am looking forward to the refund of the booking amount of Rs.25000.00.

I am given to understand there is an official liquidator through whom we can register our claim.

Does any one of you know who this official liquidator is?

I have also deposited the same thing on the same time but i have not got my refund i have also file a case in the court and i have won the case also but there is no contact person to whom this should be consult please any of you get the address ot any contact details please mail me on E-Mail ID at [protected]@yahoo.com

I have also tried on phone Prem nath motors and company Chairman -No reply or intention of reply.

I HAD BOOKED TWO CARs PEUGEOT309 IN YEAR 1995 WITH BOOKING AMOUNT OF RS 25000/- each. MY CONTROL NO WAS 62602 and 62604. AS THE VEHICLE COULD NOT BE DELIVERED TO ME DUE TO PROBLEM IN FACTORY IN DOMBIVLI (THANA) DUE TO SHOOTING O[censored]NION LEADER DATTA SAMANTH, I ASKED FOR REFUND OF AMOUNT ON 12/04/1997 and 14/08/1997. AS NOW THE COY IS CLOSED DEALERS HAVE ALSO VANISHED. IN THE MEAN TIME I HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT COY ASSETS ARE BEING SOLD. HOW CAN I RECOVER THE MONEY AND HOW CAN I APPROACH THE COY WHEN COY DO NOT EXIST NOW

We have also booked Peugeot 309 car with Premnath Motors, New Delhi and paid RS.25000 vide MR NO.67519.Priority cum Registration Form SNo.190367.Control No.100298 and Dealership Priority Reg.No.0212/1881.Cancellation No.97061.Neither the car was delivered nor refund of deposit.i.e.RS.25000 made till date despite repeated reminders and consumer Forum, Chandigarh judgement and Premier Automobile Ltd.assurance to the said consumer forum that the refund orders of the booking amount alongwith the interest are in process and shall be made available by 15.9.1998.

IN MARCH 1998 R K DHAWAN GM SALES & EXPORT REPLIED THAT DUE TO TEMPORARY FINANCIAL PROBLEM THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO REFUND .

To all you people who have booked the car - look up the latest news developments of the past 3-4 days. The Co. assets are being sold, lets hope that we get our money + penal int back. Also if you have filed a case in your local consumer courts - follow up there.

NARENDER PAL ARORA — NOT DELIVERED IT REFUND CHEQUE

My refund cheque got undelivered of speed post reference no EQ[protected]IN, please clear the status of the said query

I had complained in Consumer Court, won the case. Now it is more than 10 yrs after not received any amount. Consumer Forum is not taking any action. Rather Consumer Court says that the Company has taken some stay order, and let me tell you no Court stay could be for 10 years.

I would love if all Peugeot Booking Owners contact me, so that a group could be formed and effort should be put to get our money back, as long as it is our hard earned money.

I am also one of you who booked the same car. Followed up with the Consumer Court. The ex-parte decision was in my favour. In spite of hundreds of correspondence with the company and sending the company the Consumer Court's order which was duly received by the company I have not received the money as decided by the Court back. Peugeot is planning a re-entry in India and wishes to Start a Plant in Gujarat at an Investment of Rs 4000 Crores . Everyone should write to Honorable Narendra Modi Chief Minister Gujarat that such rogue companies should clear the dues of the citizens of India and only then they should be allowed to enter the country to do further business. Further letters should also be written to French Ambassador in India.

The Directors of PAL Peugeot are leading members of India, s Apex Industries Association.Organization called CII (Confederation of Indian Industries)
A should be written to President of CII.
