[Resolved]  PAL PEUGEOT-309 — NON REFUND OF BOOKING AMOUNT

I HAD BOOKED CAR PEUGEOT309 IN YEAR 1996 WITH BOOKING AMOUNT OF RS 25000/-. MY CONTROL NO WAS 85490. AS THE VEHICLE COULD NOT BE DELIVERED TO ME DUE TO PROBLEM IN FACTORY IN DOMBIVLI (THANA) DUE TO SHOOTING O[censored]NION LEADER DATTA SAMANTH, I ASKED FOR REFUND OF AMOUNT ON 29 MAY 1997. AS NOW THE COY IS CLOSED DEALERS HAVE ALSO VANISHED. IN THE MEAN TIME I HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT COY ASSETS ARE BEING SOLD. HOW CAN I RECOVER THE MONEY AND HOW CAN I APPROACH THE COY WHEN COY DO NOT EXIST NOW

I am in the same boat as all of you.No refund inspite of winning consumer court case.A joint venture should be tried.Letter to P.M directly may be good idea.I have sent letter to liquidator but no reply.Dr.Biman Chakrabarty, Phone:[protected]
