This is with ref to my PAN APPLICATION dt. 01.06.09, I have applied for PAN Number & Submit the form. I have received an acknowledgement Slip No.[protected] with Processing Fee Coupon Number[protected] But I am not able to check the status of my PAN on your website, rather its showing "no matching found". Kindly confirm when can I expect my PAN CARD as already more than 20days passed.

I Revti Prasad Gupta applied for PAN Card. My Acknowledgment No is [protected] and PAN no 'AQVPG3807C'. I received my PAN Card but some mistake in my name was raised so that I sent my PAN card with application to your Deptt. But after lapse of 4 (four) months not received back till date.
