2012. I have already applied for last pay certificate to ASC
Records(South) on 20 Jul 2012 and the same has already been forwarded
to PAO (ORs) ASC (South) NE section vide their letter No
6383158/SR/LCC-2/NEPG dated 09 Aug 2012. In spite of repeated
reminder I have not received Last Pay Certificate till date. My
fixation of pay is held up for want of Last Pay Certificate.

2. In view of above, May I request you to please issue suitable
instructions to concerned section for needful action. LPC may please

Part II order for grant of CILQ (Out living) was published wef 01/01/2010 to 30/04/2010 of CCX Delhi rate as my family was living in private accommodation @ Rs 4200/- PM vide 5003 ASC Bn Part II Order No 0/0051/005/2010 dated 26 Mar 2010 but the amount was not credited in my IRLA due to promotion of Hony Lt and accordingly part II order was kept in observation. Fresh part II order was published by 5003 ASC Bn for Grant of Outfit allowance (HRA) @ Rs 8100/- PM wef 26012010 vide 5003 ASC Bn Part II Order No 0/0275/2010 dated 14 Dec 2010 but the cheque for HRA wef 26 jan 2010 to 30 Apr 2010 in the rank of Hony commission was not received despite of various correspondence by ASC Records (South)Bangalore vide their letter No 6501/Clm/Comp/NER dated 21 Mar 12 and even No dated 07 jun 2012. In this connection please aslo refere to our letter No 642491/RSS/01/Pers dated 28 Sep 2012 and 642491/RSS/01/pers dated 15 May 2012. In view of the above you are requested to send cheque for the entire amount of HRA at the earliest, failing which necessary RTI will be initiated under RTI act 2005.
