It is submitted that I No 6389025H Ex Hav/Clk Shailendra Kumar MACP granted on 15 Mar 2007 and retired on 31 Aug 2007. I have promoted to the rank of Hav on 25 Feb 1999 and seniority wef Sep 1998.
