I dont know whether its because of registering my complaint here yesterday, or contacting them continuously. At least the department has updated some status for my son's passport but still not repling on my mails. This time they only update status not status update date. Here the present status :-
"It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time"
In any way it doesn't looks like a professional or practicle status. Everybody knows there isn't any mishappening, strick or holidays in these days. So what does they means by unavoidable circumstances ????
Its a clear case of delay and their lazyness. Still than really happy and appreciate, at least I have some hope to get it by 1st week of March.
But Have a suggestion, department have/takes approximately 45-50 days even after police verification. So they should try to close things within time-lines. As everybody knows presently the uses and importance of passport is quite high. Someone can really required it urgently but can't spent that much to go with Tatkaal.
Hope the things will be good and got the passport latest by next week. Waiting for next week....... Was this information helpful? |
