Passport Department Delhi Complaints & Reviews

Hi

I applied for renewal of my passport which got expired. The application was submitted on 10th May, 2008 and since then I'm trying to contact the passport department over phone and email to know about the status but none of them bothered to reply.

I visited their online status page and found there is no status available for my Passport application.

I dont know whether its because of registering my complaint here yesterday, or contacting them continuously. At least the department has updated some status for my son's passport but still not repling on my mails. This time they only update status not status update date. Here the present status :-
