Passport Office Delhi — Wrong date of birth in passport

I was issued a passport no.H2957225 on 22/01/2009 valid upto 21/01/2019.The file no. is DLHA04386308. The date of birth mentioned on the passport is 09/03/1963 whereas the actual date of birth is 09/03/1968. The birth certificate with the correct date of birth was submitted along with the other passport documents.Kindly advise the procedure for rectification of the date of birth. Wrong date of birth in passport
Today check my passport status reference use Z70011511 RAVINDER SINGH SAINI my date of birth
08/04/1978 but today check my passport status.The date of birth mentioned on the passport is 08/04/1974 whereas the actual date of birth is 08/04/1978. The birth certificate with the correct date of birth was submitted along with the other passport documents.Kindly advise the procedure for rectification of the date of birth.
