[Resolved]  Passport Office Jalandhar — no inquery till now

hello sir my name is santokh singh s/o shri malkiat singh.address...vill:chakowal sheikhan..p.o:nainowal jattan..dist:hoshiarpur..punjab...i have applied my passport on 19-01-09.my file number is d000244.my police inquiry has been done.but i did't receive my passport till now.so please tell me sir how can i collect my passport.thank you

My Name is Ramandeep Kaur Sidhu and my Passport No. is F8574415 valid from 07.08.2006 to 05.07.2016. I had updated my surname Sidhu vide No. B16878706 dt 07.08.2006. Now i had got married on 05.05.2009 and need to change my Surname and add my Husband name, who belongs to Bhatinda. i had applied for the same but it was rejected since the Batala (my home town) come under the provision of Amritsar Passport office. later i submitted my documents in Amritsar office also but they rejected the file and instructed us to go to Chandigarh office. In this whole process i have already wasted my two months. Now i had approched Chandigarh Passport office and they are saying that the whole process of addition and updatetion will take 2-3 months. I really dont understand the system. Is there no connection between all the passport office and why the customer is suffering financially and wasting time also. I would like to request you to guide me in further course of action.

Dear sir i had apply my passport dated 29-06-09 and my file no is po32085.i didnt yet receive police inquiry.please tell me my inquiry status.
