[Resolved]  Passport Office, New Delhi — misbehaviour of DIB Officer, and incompetency of officer

sir/mam
i want to complaint about the working procedure of the DIB Officer of Diamond Harbour,
first of all he harasses too much. i have applied for the passport in August,2010. police verification came in october,2010 for the first time,, and after showing all the documents thrice , it has been with held with him... and now he is demand irrelevant documents like property papers,, just to know about the finiancial condition so that he can demand high amount.. my career is at risk... If i wont get passport on time, i will take them to court.. i am in merchant navy , a final year student...
