I had worked in that company for a period of a month. They told me that I had already earned more than 15 thousand in a month. But they didn't gave me a single penny. They kept me saying that "your cheque is not ready", "come after 2 days"...etc etc.. The main mother[censored]er, so called manger Sambhaji Shinde is himself a beggar. He tells everyone that he earns like 2 lakhs a month. But he is a son of a who doesn't have the ability to pay his employees. This Sambhaji made me work for 13-14 hours daily. Going to everyone's house and asking for donation for CRY, HELP AGE INDIA, SAVE THE CHILDREN etc etc.... But the fact that donors dont know is, if you are paying 1200/- to any of the NGO's, thinking about the welfare of poor peoples, you are giving 80% of that money to the management companies. So, if you want your money to be utilized by the suffering peoples, then go directly to the main office or pay through internet in the official sites of the NGO's. And never let those mother***ing management companies to amuse on your money.
And for the job seekers.... never ever join Appco. I have worked there. So from my experience, m telling u all, never ever join this company or else they will ruin your life.... They may give you hope that within 6 months they will make you a manger, but the fact is you can never be anything except a bloody saleman, i[censored] go there.
