Will Callous Conductors who do bother to move around the crowded buses & so not issue tickets or furthermore Rude Ticket Collectors who so promptly & wrongly penalise commuters (who have not even deboarded the bus) are further protected.
Will the PMPML staff atleast give an ear in response to below PMPML formal complaints & act againt such erring PMPML indivisuals, or will even the PMPML management staff join in the APATHY of their erring staff

& just turn a deaf ear when hapless,hassled female commuters who complain when they are unable at times to manage to get a ticket, through the overcrowded bus.

Read the coverage of this in the links provided. PMPML is a bane to Pune city. It is a public transport system run for the public on public money, yet provides service for namesake to the public. Every year it is bailed out of losses by public money. Yet what the public gets is third-class buses, which rattle to glory, poor route coverage, rash drivers, rude conductors and now to top it all senseless and insulting TCs. PMPML ought to explain how a lady passenger is expected to go from one end of the jam-packed bus to the other? The tickets should be checked at the deboarding point. Whats the point in checking it inside the bus. PMPML Authorities really need to take a look at the state of affairs.

I am surprised that no action has been taken on the complaint. PMPML has complaint books everywhere. But I guess their redressal system is a hog-wash !

PMPML should learn from BEST of Mumbai.
