Dear sir/madam, I am Adv. Pratik Yewle, I have travelled by PMPML bus at morning 10:30 AM from Kasarwadi to Vallabhnagar BRT but I have faced two issues.
1. Conductor charged 10 RS instead of 5 Rs for this above mentioned journey and did not given change of 5 Rs.
2. ⁠Drived did not dropped me at Vallabhnagar drop and taken me 800 meters away and said BRT stop and route is closed but another buses were going from that BRT route. Its wasted my 40 minutes and I have to come return to my destination stop, I want strict action on Conductor for charging more money and driver for negligence about missing bus stop and rushing bus unnecessarily and rude reply and misinformation.

    354(2)Pimpri Depot to Marketyard via Pimpri Road

    Route no 354 Pimpri depot to marketyard via Pimpri Road is not available since from 2020. Even its schedule is available on pmpml website timetable and Moovit app. But in present 2024 only 1 route is active pimprigaon to marketyard with less frequency of half to 1hr. Since we’ve to do lot of wait for this route between rahatni phata to swargate. I’ve complained lot of times for the same on pmpml complaints but they only says we’ve closed...

    PMPML pune- Whenever they are supposed to give 5 rs change, they say please inform me later, but later on if we remind them they say, we dont have change and remind me tomorrow. But the next day conductor gets changed and if we tell the story they argue very rudely and say you are a theif and a lier. They indirectly cheat us.
    We have to bare the loss of 5 rs or whatever the change amount is for that day. This story happens multiple times.

      I have seen your buses regularly jumping red signal.
      But this incident happened yesterday, Wednesday 10th Aug.22 at about 4 pm. Place Wakad signal. Your bus coming from Hinjewadi and going towards Aundh jumped the red signal at Wakad chowk and almost dashed against my car. This is very dangerous. It can take somebody's life.

        On Wednesday, 10th August 2022, I lost my wallet on bus no. 98 Kesnand phata to Ganpati matha in the morning between 08:00 am and 08:30 am. I am sure I lost it on the bus because I remember having it in my bag before boarding the bus. It was a Grey and pink colored purse with forever young writen on the front, it had Rs. 1700 in cash, around 30 rupees in coins and my adhaar card in it. It also had a Grey colored pom pom for a key chain. Plss help me find it.

          Respected Sir/ Madam
          On July 27th 2022, Around 12:00 is I took the bus 149 from hadapsar To seasons Mall After getting down we went to Amanora Mall . I am sure that I lost my wallet in bus or nearby bus station because I had it before sitting in bus . It was a red colored rectangular hand purse by forever young (brand name) on it Please help me getting my wallet back.
          It has my cards, driving license, aadhar card and 6k-7k cash in it.

            Bus Route No.81 previously at.9.20 AM bus was there from Kumbare Park to Pune Station is not yet started. Even Bus route No.94 from Kothrud Depot to Pune Station @9.25 is not operating since last 2 months create problem to reach office in time. Please do the needful

              I am staying in pimpri chinchwad using wagholi bus to go shastrinagar but facing issues while going from nigdi to shastrinagar and in evening busses don't wait after ramwadi (after aga khan palace) stop we are waiting no bus is waiting. Why busses do not wait on that stop .plz can you look into this . I m fed up complaining wagholi bus prb ...

                Dear pmpl,
                I was traveling from Deccan bus stop to khondhwe, ticket collector charges ticket fare but didn't give the ticket there was heavily rush and don't know after some stopes he was not in the bus there was another conductor and after few stopes i fined by 3-4 conductors 300rs and also the don't have manners to talk, firstly teach your employees some manner then deport them for public services. I'm very disappointed the services and systems.

                    The bus from the route kothrud depot to pune station and vice verse are never on time...i keep waiting for 45 min to 1hr daily for the bus. But the bus never comes on time. And when asked the driver or conductor about the delay, they simply say there are bus every half an hour but there is not a single bus lto be seen for almost hour from the depot and pune station. Please add few more buses it will help candidates like me.

                      I was travelling from lohagaon to Ruby clinic as I asked Conductor to give me ticket till ruby clinic but at his mistake he gave me till bund garden.

                      And after boarded down the bus I saw three ticket checker was standing there .
                      Their behaviour was not good, I raised my voice then they got quite otherwise they have earned alot of money on this.

                      I was traveling from swarget to hadapsar, that time at the pulgate bus suddenly stop, and ticket checker will start checking ticket, and when I ask why you stop the Bus and start checking ticket, i and told him you should check ticket on route, then they told me loud voice, you do not interfare in our duty, that Time I'm Little bit quite because they are aged and let them go, i know one rule of PMPML that is the ticket checker will check the ticket in on route condition bus, not with stop the Bus and start checking ...

                          When travelling from a PMT bus from Swargate to Upper Depot, Bibewadi, at around 5:00 p. m. on 15th December, 2021, the behaviour of the bus conductor was not appropriate and was disrespectful to woman dignity. The conductor misconducted with a college girl.

                              मी रोज सकाळी कात्रज ते गुडलक चौक असा नोकरी निमित्त प्रवास करते, माझी कामावर पोचण्याची वेळ ९ वाजता असते. मी रोज कात्रज वरून ८.०५ वाजताची २९९ - कात्रज ते भोसरी बस घेते. सकाळी ५ वाजता उठून, घरातल्या सगळ्या जबाबदाऱ्या पूर्ण करून कामावर वेळेवर पोहोचणे आमच्यासाठी एक तारेवरची कसरत असते, तरी सुद्धा बस मुद्दाम हळू चालवून तुमचे बस कर्मचारी ते होऊ देत नाहीत. बस क्रमांक ००१४३६४, (२९९-कात्रज ते भोसरी - ८.०५ ) मी मोरे बाग पासून बसते, कंडक्टर बॅच नंबर ९३१८ ड्राइवर ला बस हळू चालवण्याबद्दल सूचना देत असतात, आणि मध्ये मध्ये बस बाजूला घेऊन मागच्या बस पुढे जाऊ देत अश्या सूचना देत असतात, माझी अशी नम्र विनंती आहे कि काहीतरी चांगला निर्णय घेऊन आम्हा सामान्य प्रवाशांचे हाल थांबवावेत. आम्हाला कामावर पोचायला उशीर झाला तर आमचे पगार कट करतात. आम्हाला एकही पगारी रजा नसतात. तरी कृपया काहीतरी योग्य निर्णय घ्यावा, जेणेकरून कोणालाच त्रास होणार नाही.

                                Greetings,
                                On 6th nov 21 I took bus from 5O9 to wadia college from 5O9 to wadia college the fare is ₹15 I gave ₹100 to the conductor and she gave me only ₹80 and after asking her for ₹5 she said she don't have change. This is happening on regular basis. This is like cheating public.

                                  I JONA S DESHPANDE was travelling with my wifeto Bhosari were bus no MH12RN5366 (141 NIGDI TO BHAKTI SHAKTI) touched my vehicle from behind and my vehicle got damged in case of asking bus driver behaved, was impolite and culturally offensive.Hope you will look into it and take the strict action.

                                    We are resident of Lohegaon and would like to draw your attention to a common problem wrt to the route of 158A

                                    This bus plys between
                                    Manapa Bhavan To Dadachi Padal / मनपा भवन ते दादाची पडळ

                                    Earlier there was a vacant plot at Dadachi Padal /दादाची पडळ where this bus used to turn around to start new journey..Now that vacant plot is not available for use, there by in each trip the driver of the bus has to turn the bus for backward journey...
                                    This is often done on road itself and leads to trafic Disruption/ Jamming of Wagholi Road, also the driver becomes frustrated as he has to maneuver the bus within restricted space, also there is always a possibility for any accident/ incidents which may happen any time..
                                    All this happens in each trip made by the bus..

                                    SOLUTION SUGGESTED:

                                    Wagholi bus stand is nearly 3-4 KM from 
                                    Dadachi Padal / दादाची पडळ, if you extend the route of this bus up to Wagholi bus Stand all problem will be solved, and it would be more convenient for citizens also.

                                    We request your favour in the matter and place our humble grievance for implementation

                                    Note: The complete area of lohegaon and wagholi is under PMC jurisdiction now, so it can be done easily..

                                      I aman income tax department employee.On january 12, 2021 evening (5:30pm) while i was returning to my home with my colleague by two wheeler we were miraculously escaped from an accident due to the rash driving of the driver of the pmpml bus(mh12 rn 5365) and when we enquired about the same thing he started using inappropriate wordings. Kindly go through the issue

                                        Firstly there are no time for the busses on talegaon dhamdhere to ma na pa route and for personal intensive given by management to conductor and drivers they forcefully stuff passenger in bus for their personal income and management provide bribe for that work in form of intensive the behaviour with people like animal "goats in truck" also violate the human rights please solve that issue

                                          Sir, I am a resident of Sambhaji nagar, my office being located in wakdewadi, I prefer your respected pmpml bus facility. Having a night shift schedule I always commute by the buses after 9pm.
                                          since past few weeks the buses from my route i.e (317) no. bus are being cancelled by the condutors by their own will. There are 3 buses scheduled after 9 but only one of them travels for sambhaji nagar to pune station, the other 2 buses comes at the sambhaji nagar stop and if asked the driver or conductor offloads us the from the bus saying "nai janar" in a rude way. And the conductor office closes before time around 8.30 there is not a single person in the sambhaji nagar bus stop office. We are facing a lot of issues here in sambhaji nagar, I hope u will help us.

                                            Mh 14 cw 2282... Route no 115... Bus conductor lisence no 12188... When enquired about ticket the conductor misbehaved and used his foul mouth... For no reason... Such attitude of bus conductor is not acceptable... I request to track him give him a lesson... Boarded the bus from shivajinagar to hinjewadi chowk... But the ticket mentioned from dengle pul to infosys phase1... So i enquired about location on the ticket... For this i got bad words from the conductor and dared to complain on the helpline no.... Definitely not acceptable...

                                              Mh12 hb 1656...10.45 am.. Date 29th dec. Manapa to sainath nagar.. This driver did not take the bus till last stop ie columbia hospital. Instead he took u turn in the chowk on bypass road where the chowk is small and it caused traffic. Jam. For. Few. Minutes. I am. A. Resident of nyati behind columbia hospital. I saw all this tamasha while walking on road and stopped driver. He said columbia stop war. Kuni nastat mhanun amhi nahi gelo. I asked ithe turn. Ka. Kela.. Accident zala. Tar? He said late. Zalay
                                              Ek bus brakedown ahe mhanun. Driver was. Too rude. Conductor requested please don't complain. Kindly investigate
                                              Conductor Not cooperating with me, and not returning my full remaining money after I took the ticket, and police is also not helping me and the pmt helpline no. is also not taking my calls.

                                                The below incident happened on[protected]. I was travelling from talegaon station bus stop to nigdi bus stop. The conductor named mr. Khachre (Cr-1628, nigdi depo) did not give me ticket and then ticket checkers came checking the tickets which i didn't had. The conductor was called but he lied saying that he came 3 times for giving tickets but i wasn't paying attention. I told the checkers that he was clearly lying but the lady checker named ms. Aaru (Cr-2794, swargate depo) wasn't listening and just degrading me by saying # things to me. Then she asked me get down at a stop where i didnt want to get down. But she made me get down there itself which is just display of her inhumanity. Then the other 2 male checkers asked me where i had to go and took me there by another bus. That lady didnt stop just stop there but even going further she humiliated my parents showing her low character. We were going for a police complaint against that lady but the other male checkers asked her to leave the place and asked us not to file a complaint against her. But this display of her rude behaviour showed her character and why should the passenger listen to such things when we are paying the expenses. I would be glad if pmpml takes some strict action against such degraded people.

                                                  Today i traveled from ganjwe chowk to yerwada post with two different buses. First one is bus number 57 which took me to sasoon hospital, pune station. Then i boarded the bus for lohegaon from sasoon hospital to reach yerwada post. The conductor of the said bus charged me 15 rupees for the ticket of yerwada post from sasoon hospital. He done this for all passengers from the same boarding point. I told him that this is the pune station stop and he should charge a ticjket of 10 rs., but he answered that we should have boarded the bus from the railway station stop and not from sasoon. He gave us a ticket from gadital stop to yerwada post. I have noted the bus number which is [ c-48/ mh12 fc 9026, bus time - around 2120 hrs near pune station].
                                                  I would like to make sure whether there are any changes in pmpml ticket charges or it is error on conductor side, as i am travelling with pmpml for last 9 years, this will be of great help for future instances of same kind.
                                                  Also, it will be appreciated, if you can take some action to avoid such instances in future.
                                                  I have attached both ticket copies of my travel tickets, from which it will be clear that i have boarded from sasoon bus stop only.
                                                  Hope you will take proper action on the concerned parsons for overcharging. Thanking you in advance.

                                                    This is complaint regarding manpa vartul manpa bus.. These route buses are never on time.. The gap between two bus is supposed to be 20-30 min.. But bus comes after 1 hour.. There are no other buses riding on this route.. Report this grievience. As majority of travellers over this route are student to university and colleges.. The phone number given for complaint is unreachable all the time or no one is answering it.. What pmt wants to loose our curriculum or job by not reaching on time..
                                                    PMPML worst bus service. Not taking stops at kondhava to Hadapsar via Jagtap nagar in nights after 10PM.

                                                      It happened near utsav hotel, market yard, pune on 15th november 2017 at arround 7.30 pm. I was turning round the corner by giving proper indication and even gave horn for 10 seconds. The bus number was mh 12 cw 1731. The bus was coming from swarget side. When driver saw me that i am turning with proper indication still he made a sharp turn by which my bike got little bit crashed on left mirror. When i tried to shout him he started abusing badly and kept going further way. While he abusing me i observed that he was drunk...
                                                      So its my humble request for pmpml concerned department to take neccessory action against him.

                                                        Hi team,

                                                        I travelled from very far distance and took bus from hadapsar to powerhouse which is on the way to saswad. Bus was heavily crowded, as i was carrying one cabin bag with me i just stood backside of bus near to back seat. I took ticket and as my stop was 4 stops from there which s very nearby, when my stop came i just asked conductor to give place so that i can get down but he started telling me that he will not allow me to get down and i should take my bag to front side. I told him it s not possible because bus was heavily crowded, there was no space to move inch. But he didn't listen to me instead started arguing same thing. By that time already 1 stop was gone after mine and i was helpless and managed to go front and got down in next stop. By this time i was humiliated and i was so much under frustration which costed me my time and money as well. I don't understand how well these conductors are trained to do public service. I have attached ticket and details.

                                                        Kindly request you to find that conductor and take action so that other passengers don't face same issue. It's very sad that pmpml bus transport is pathetic and i don't wish to take any bus from now on.

                                                          Today i had catch a bus from goodluck stop and i was at door step so i was not able to take ticket until stop of manapa came but ., at manapa ticket checker came and threatened me to pay fine i was tell him that i was on door step so i was even enable to put my hand to my pocket so i had delayed to take ticket but the ticket checker and conductor had threatened my and take a fine of 100 rupees ., they told if you will not give we will take you to police station and cause you harm, and also put no of cases on me ., even conductor was putting pressure on me this is not a good thing they were not even checking other passenger as they caught one person as per requirement i want the action should be taken for the passenger who are not carrying ticket but not in this way

                                                          Plying infrequently and at will bus no. 24B from Lohegaon to katraj. on 24.2.2018 I waited for the bus from 4:30 to 5:30 pm bus there was no trace of the bus and they claim that bus plies at an interval of 20 minutes.

                                                          Kindly note that there are only 10 buses and the frequency is 20 mint and atleast 2 buses are daily fail. The crowd is too much in the bus even people are not able to stand in the bus. I am daily traveling and facing this issue daily. Kindly request to you increase the frequency.
                                                          Conductors need to ensure that they allow ladies to first occupy ladies seats when free and if all seats are occupied then they should allow ladies to occupy the general segment,
