I am maintaining captioned SB A/c No.[protected] in the name of Mrs. Kamlesh Gulati, R/o Merrut. Presently staying at my sister’s house at J-3/71A, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi – 110027.
During my stay at Delhi I had withdrawn Rs.10000/- by using this ATM Card (ATM Card No.[protected] from ATM A/c of South Indian Bank, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi on 4th November 2009 at 1.15 pm. On 1st occasion the machine did not dispense the money. So I had to use the card again later on I found that the amount has been debited to my A/c twice with the same Transaction No.[protected]given statement is enclosed).
I request you to please verify and arrange to credit my account with Rs. 10000/- which has been debited to my A/c.

PNB — reg ATM non reciept of cash Rs 4000 on dated 08-12-2009
SirIt is intimated that on[protected] I used ATM ID NO. NA002801 of OBC Bank Sahnewal at 17:15 hrs to withdraw Rs 4000 But the transaction was declined by response code 072 i.e. "unable to process" and could not receive cash.
But I was surprised to check my S/B account NO:[protected] that the said amount of Rs 4000 was debit to my account which I could not get due to transaction declined.
kindly check my account and give me the credit of Rs 4000- at the earliest to my above said account

I had a saving bank account No. 115301 [protected] in the PNB branch at Rehmankhera (Thakurganj, Lucknow), Lucknow. From my account Rs 1500/- was drawn by some one through ATM without using my ATM card from SBI ATM vide ATM ID- S-1 AC 01222168 on 16.3.2010. Hence, you are kindly reuested to check the same and Rs 1500/= may kindly be credited to my account at an early date.

Please be advised that I am an account holder (A/c no- [protected]) Meerut branch E.K road. However I have lost my debit card on friday and i have blocked card via Customer care, they advised me to Re-issue new debit card from the branch . I have Re-issued the card on saturday morning as per the conversation with Mr Mahajan in the branch however, it has not yet activated.
Due to this irresponsility I am facing lots of problems.
I called the customer care they are advising me to got to the branch and complaint. Could you please let me know as I am out of my home town and I want my card to be accessed so that I can make neccessarily transactions . I Rajesh Kumar wants to inform you that most of the time PNB Atm does n't work propery and it shows the message that temprorarly out of service.This message reflects around 15 to 20 days in a month.ATM ID...D2420900...located in Tughalkabad Railway Colony...Pin No...110044...and one more thing that the security guard does not doing his duty properly.
Therefor i request you, to pls look into the matter and take some necessary action and improve the ATM service.
