[Resolved]  PNB ATM — debit of money in account without having received it

Dear sir,
I Anil Chaurasia, have savings bank account in PNB, Branch Bhubaneswar. My Account No. is [protected]. On 25/10/ 2009 I visited the ATM of PNB, Kantatoli cozy corner, Ranchi at 12:12 pm. There i entered the Amount of RS. 10000/- for withdrawl from Atm Machine But I could not receive the amount And Rs. 10000/- was deducted from my account.I have already given a complaint through the toll free no. an executive named Rashmi has asked to wait for 48 hours until then no positive action can be been taken.
So I request you to look into the matter and Re-Deposit the amount back in my AC.

Dear Sir,
I am maintaining captioned SB A/c No.[protected] in the name of Mrs. Kamlesh Gulati, R/o Merrut. Presently staying at my sister’s house at J-3/71A, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi – 110027.
During my stay at Delhi I had withdrawn Rs.10000/- by using this ATM Card (ATM Card No.[protected] from ATM A/c of South Indian Bank, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi on 4th November 2009 at 1.15 pm. On 1st occasion the machine did not dispense the money. So I had to use the card again later on I found that the amount has been debited to my A/c twice with the same Transaction No.[protected]given statement is enclosed).
I request you to please verify and arrange to credit my account with Rs. 10000/- which has been debited to my A/c.

PNB — reg ATM non reciept of cash Rs 4000 on dated 08-12-2009

It is intimated that on[protected] I used ATM ID NO. NA002801 of OBC Bank Sahnewal at 17:15 hrs to withdraw Rs 4000 But the transaction was declined by response code 072 i.e. "unable to process" and could not receive cash.

But I was surprised to check my S/B account NO:[protected] that the said amount of Rs 4000 was debit to my account which I could not get due to transaction declined.

kindly check my account and give me the credit of Rs 4000- at the earliest to my above said account

I sonu kumar, have savings bank account in PNB, Branch Khera Pilkhuwa Ghaziabad My Account No. is [protected]. I visited the ATM of HDFC Pilkhuwa Ghaziabad There i entered the Amount of RS. 200/- for withdrawl from Atm Machine But I could not receive the amount And Rs. 200- was deducted from my account.I have already given a complaint through the toll free no. recieved complaint no 23545371

Thereafter i went to PNB Bank, and they said to contac your customercare executive for ATM Complaint. Therefor i request you, to kindly look into this matter and take the necessery action and re deposit my amt back in my account.

I manoj kumar gangwar, have savings bank account in PNB, Branch kichha udham singh nagar (uttarakhand) My Account No. is [protected], Date[protected] Time 11:30am. I visited the ATM of SBI Branch kichha udham singh nagar (uttarakhand) There i entered the Amount of RS. 6200/-and reentered the Amount of RS. 6200/- for withdrawl from Atm Machine But I could not receive the amount And Rs. 12400- was deducted from my account.I have already given a complaint through the toll free no.

I visited to my nearest ATM of corporation Bank, NITTE and i entered the amt of Rs 700.00 for withdrawl from the ATM Machine, but i didn't receive the cash and the amt was deducted from my account. I had a saving bank account No. 115301 [protected] in the PNB branch at Rehmankhera (Thakurganj, Lucknow), Lucknow. From my account Rs 1500/- was drawn by some one through ATM without using my ATM card from SBI ATM vide ATM ID- S-1 AC 01222168 on 16.3.2010. Hence, you are kindly reuested to check the same and Rs 1500/= may kindly be credited to my account at an early date.

I AM SAKET BHUSHAN. I HAVE GOT SAVING BANK AC NO [protected] IN PNB BRANCH, VIDHAN SABHA ROAD, LUCKNOW(PIN NO:- 226001) .TODAY, ON 5TH APRIL 2010, I VISITED THE ATM OF PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, BANERGATTA, RING ROAD, BANGALORE. THERE I ENTERED THE AMOUNT OF RS 1600 FOR WITHDRAWL FROM ATM MACHINE BUT I COULD NOT RECEIVE THE AMOUNT HOWEVER THE TRANSACTION SLIP STATED THE DEBIT OF THE SAID AMOUNT.

SIR, I IMMEDIATELY MADE A CALL TO THE GIVEN NUMBER[protected], AND I REQUEST THEM TO ROLLBACK THE TRANSACTION. THEY ASSURED ME THAT WITHIN 72 HOURS, IT WILL BE ROLLBACK.

Please be advised that I am an account holder (A/c no- [protected]) Meerut branch E.K road. However I have lost my debit card on friday and i have blocked card via Customer care, they advised me to Re-issue new debit card from the branch . I have Re-issued the card on saturday morning as per the conversation with Mr Mahajan in the branch however, it has not yet activated.

Due to this irresponsility I am facing lots of problems.

I called the customer care they are advising me to got to the branch and complaint. Could you please let me know as I am out of my home town and I want my card to be accessed so that I can make neccessarily transactions . It is not at all possible for me to go there .Could you please activate my Account on serious notations.Otherwise I have to Escalate for further .

Punjab National Bank — Money did not received from ATM but Charge deducted from Account

i did transaction through ATM( State Bank of India ) on 4th September 2010 of Rs 6000 but there was not money in the ATM on that time, next day, i again went to ATM for the same transaction than i received the receipt on which they had deducted Rs 12000 from my account.

I Rajesh Kumar wants to inform you that most of the time PNB Atm does n't work propery and it shows the message that temprorarly out of service.This message reflects around 15 to 20 days in a month.ATM ID...D2420900...located in Tughalkabad Railway Colony...Pin No...110044...and one more thing that the security guard does not doing his duty properly.

Therefor i request you, to pls look into the matter and take some necessary action and improve the ATM service.

On 03/11/2010 around, 7.45 PM, while with drawing the 10000 from PNB ATM machine at Talwandi, Kota (Raj)Branch, message displayed unable to process and no money received and slip come out. Later at 8.00 PM, I withdraw money 10000 from SBI ATM at Indra Nager, kota

When I checked I found two Debit entries in the Account one from PNB and second from SBI . This PNB entry is wrongly debited my account.

Please do necessary to Credit these 10000 Rs .
Till Today 09/11/2010 ..I have not received money

Sumit had tried to withdraw Rs. 5000 from the ATM but neither he received the money nor the transaction slip. Please look into the issue and let us know when the money will be credited back on his account. Please do reply back if this mail reach at you. Please find the relevant details also.
