I HAVE GOT MY SAVING BANK ACCOUNT WITH HMT-PINJORE PNB BRANCH. ON 10TH JANUARY I WENT TO PNB ATM TO WITHDRAW SOME MONEY AND FOUND THAT THE ATM WAS OUT OF ORDER, THEN I WENT TO HDFC BANK ATM WITHIN OUR COMPANY HMT LIMITED PINJORE'S PREMISIS AND WITHDREW RS. 10000/-, BUT I REQUIRED RS. 20000/-, I AGAINED GAVE COMMAND FOR RS. 10000/- MORE. BUT THE MONEY DID NOT COME OUT OF THE ATM, BUT WHEN I WENT TO MY BANK(PNB), I FOUND THAT RS. 10000/- WERE DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT TWO TIMES WHILE I GOT THE PAYMENT ONLY ONCE. THE HDFC ATM NO. IS S1ANCD39, TIME OF TRANSANCTION WAS 12.36/37, DATED[protected], MY PNB DEBIT CARD NO. IS [protected]. KINDLY LOOK INTO MY COMPLAINT AND GET MY RS. 10000/- BACK CREDITED TO MY SAVING BANK ACCOUNT NO. [protected] WHICH I HAD NOT RECEIVED FROM THE SAID ATM OF HDFC. THE RECORD NO. OF THE TRANSANCTION MATURED IS 8571. THANKS AND REGARDS.

I Anil Kumar have a saving account in OBC, Rajgarh Colony, Delhi-31. My SB Account No. is [protected]. I visited to my nearest ATM of PNB Bank, Raghubarpura, Delhi-31 and I entered the amount of Rs. 9, 000/- for withdrawal from the ATM Machine, but I did not receive the cash and the amount was deducted from my account. Thereafter I contact your customercare executive for ATM complaint. I have called your customer executive but not take necessary action. My ATM card No. is [protected].
Therefor I request you to kindly look into this matter and take the necessary action and redeposit my amount back in my account.

I am working with Central Warehousing Corporation at Edathala, Aluva Branch and my salary goes directly to that branch in my SB account.Regularly I use ATM at Thrikkakkara, Kakkanad, Ernakulam and in the evening of 6/4/2011 i entered for withdrawal of Rs.5000/- and the transaction was declined but at the same time when i requested for balance enquiry they deducted that amount of Rs.5000/- from my account.I tried in the toll free number[protected] many times, but I didnt get any response. Next day I went to the concerned branch at Aluva and submitted a written complaint in detail. So far no action is initiated in this regard even after my repeated calls to the bank. Since the fault is none of mine PNB is responsible for the loss occurred to me and the management of Aluva branch is not at all taking any interest and still they are telling that it may take a period of 15 days. I really regret to mention that since its our salary account the PNB personnel should feel the responsibility to credit back the amount within a day. Hope the same will be done within a short period. I Mr Vikash agarwal, have a current account in PNB, Branch, bank road, Gorakhpur. My Account No is - [protected]. I visited to my nearest ATM of HDFC Bank, BANK ROAD GORAKHPUR and i entered the amt of Rs 4200.00 for withdrawl from the ATM Machine, but i didn't receive the cash and the amt was deducted from my account. I AM HOLDING A PNB DEBIT CARD . I OPENED MY ACCOUNT IN PNB HIMACHAL PRADESH SECRETARIAT BRANCH, SHIMLA . ON 4 TH OF MAY 2011 I HAVE DONE A WIDRAWL OF RS. 5000/ AND NO CASH CAME OUT AND I WAS DEBITED WITH THE AMOUNT. I HAVE CALLED THE TOL FREE NUMBER ALSO, BUT TILL TODAY NOTHING HAPPENED. I WENT TO THE BRANCH TODAY AND I WAS TOLD THAT NO APPLICATION IS ENTERTAINED FOR THE COMPLAINT. THEY REFUSED TO TAKE THE APPLICATION.THE CALL CENTER PEOPLE ARE INCOMPITENT TO TAKE THE COMPLAINT . PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.

Axis Bank Ltd — Transaction of Rs.10000 happened but Atm machine never dispensed the money
A transection of Rs.10000 was made on 4th of july 2011 at the Palam Axis ATM Machine though the mini statement shows the transection but I never received any money from the ATM Machine My name is J.Thangadurai, It's been one month and till now i never got any response form the bank after repetitive request to look into it. I would request the forum to take some strict action as it 's my monthly salary. sir,
I have an PNB card on dated 09 July 2011 at time 19:06 and 19:17 hrs I Used my PNB ATN Card ON 504884xxxxxxx657at SBI ATM ID No S10B[protected] located at Defence Colony Deharadun Uttarakhand. I put the Cared in ATM made the transaction for withdrawal of rs 10, 000 19:06 hrs and 19:07 hrs 8500 but I received massage of transaction decline :-SORRY FOR UNABLE TO PROCESS second time same massage received instead of money but from my account Rs10, 000+8, 500 total Rs-18, 500/=debitted.
I also given complaint PNB Joshimath Chamoli Garhwal uttaralkand where standing my account and SBI Defence Colony deharadun but still amt of 18, 500/-- is not credited in my account .
it is therefore requested to you please reverse above amount sa soon as possible.

On 01.09.12 I tried to withdraw Rs 10, 000/- from the ATM of PNB, Branch Manesar, Gurgan Haryana. But it is surprising that my account was debited by Rs.10, 000/- but cash was not dispensed by the ATM. I also got the receipt with response code-Transaction Declined with TXN N0779, I immediately contacted to the Branch Manager, Punjab National Bank Manesar Branch & he advised me to call Customer care & I Register My Complaint with Reference N[protected] on same day.
Almost 5 days are about to pass, but no response till date. You are requested kindly look into the matter and take immediate and necessary action to credit the amount in SB A/c No. [protected] immediately.
