unnecessary charges on cash deposits in savings account as per denomination of notes. and ATM is always out of order and locked after 5 pm and pass book printing machine is also out of order for more then 6 months. manager do not bother about all these matters and not interested in satisfying customer needs.

but i have not recieved my net banking password, and when ever i ask about this to the bank manager than he not give me any type of responce about the internet banking id

I applied for replacement of my old ATM card due to some damage or not accepted by ATM machine on 1-5-2010, he told me you come on 5-5-2010, when i have gone at that date he told me you come on 8-5-2020, me again ask about this date regarding my card, he again told me you come on again on[protected]. can some body tell me how much time are needed for card replacement.my account at Greater noida (Jagat form Branch) and i have doing job in delhi, so i have lost my time and money only treving between gr.Noida to Delhi only card replacement..It would be grateful if someone could help me out.

Punjab National Bank — non providing of internet password
My son Anirudh Saxena openedSF A/C on[protected] in punjab national bank ahmedpur haridwar with internet facility but it is a matter of regret that he has not received his internet password even after passing of 27 days whereas at the time of opening of A/C the dealing officer told him that he will get his internet password within 15 days from I.B.S(T.B) new delhi. on enquary from B.Oahmedpur haridwar it was informed that the request for issuing the password was lodged/ sent by them to I.B.S(T.B)new delhi on[protected] and they have not received the password so far.the delay is on the part of H.O Authorities at delhi.pl.look into the matter&advise pnb authorities for immediate action. svsaxena TO
