[Resolved]  PNB — Net banking id not recieved

while using my INB my user id is locked saying...'' USER IS LOCKED FOR SECURITY PURPOSE''.PLEASE CONTACT BRANCH...I went to branch and even given the application regarding this and they said it has been approved by the bank ...I went to bank three days regularly but nothing happen my user is not unlocked...
