[Resolved]  Prepaid — caller tune

I am Reliance customer.My No is [protected].Nearly one week ago I recieved Customer care executive discussed the group caller tune monthly Rs.30/.i am agreed and not sen a message to the confirmation of caller tune.Today on 09.01.10I recieved another message that your subscription to CRBT has been renewed at Rs 10 and amother Rs 10 is deducted .Reliance Care Executive refused to refund it by saying it is not activated by our company.Similar case happened earlier too.I want refund of deduced amount
