I am a regular user of Vodafone World Calling Card for the last more than two years. Calls are particularly to Australia where my son resides. My mobile No. is [protected]. Last week I purchased the WCC of the denomination of Rs.375 as usual. It was regisetered also bearing No.[protected] and reflects a balance of Rs.339/-. However, when I make a call to Australia the response is "your card has been blocked. For further information contact customer care service at 111. A number of complaints had been lodged within 111 but they have not been of any help. I also sent SMS at 6790 which replied "we appreciate your feedback. Thank you". However, it is more than week, I am not able to use the card as every type it is repeated that "your card has been blocked". Of late my contact through 111 has also been blocked.
I do not know what to do. Could you help. Needless to mention that Vodafone had been manupulating bills while I was post paid customer and had to shift to prepaid, retaining the same number. Was this information helpful? |
i am also a user of WCC, i have gone through whatever you have written and it seems your phone is still linked to the old card that has expired earlier.
There is nothing wrong with the card.
Please send a SMS with text WCC<Space>CREATE<SPACE><14 digit PIN of new card> on 111
and you will surely receive a confiramtion message and will be able to use it.
I am sure you will get relieved.
Do give back your feedback.
