[Resolved]  Professional Courier — non delivery of courier no. 187486

im Shakti Rana dispatched a courier containing important documents on 21 dec 2008. from Chennai Tamilnadu( india), to Asansol, Andal (West Bengal) .courier no is[protected]. It has been not received yet, no satisfactory response is given in the office while confirmation regarding non delivery of courier. i want delivery of that courier as early as possible or i have to take rigid actions, inform me soon.

One consignement(P.O.D No:[protected] from Mumbai sent to me on 07/07/2009 having study materials under PROFFESIONAL COURIER SERVICE, but as of now i have not received any inimation from that service.While i have tried to communicate with them over phone they feel reluctant to receive my call.

Kindly provide me a solution what to do ??

Professional Courier — Non delivery of important documents

Hi,

I am an International recruitment agent from Noida (Universal Hiring). My candidate had posted her documents including Medical certificates and other important information regarding her recruitment on 1st September'2010 and till now i have not received the courier. If we inquire about the courier they say it is been delivered at your doorstep and amazingly we have got no courier yet. This is too much... this is a matter of someone's career and these people are so careless....
I am worried if her documents does not reach on time then how would we manage to get her VISA and other employment formalities done.

We had sent some original documents (BL) and some other important papers by courier on 27th OCtober from Dubai for Parwanoo. Even after 7 days the documents has still not been received. Infact I am getting no proper response even after trying to call more than 44 times.

I checked the status online and it says..

So, it has been dispatched for Ambala on 31st October and still we have not received the document even after 4th Nov. My containers are on the port and dummerage charges have been imposed.

Here are the numbers I have called..
MUMBAI : 27562255, 27562256, 27566241, 28372267, 26393331 and couple of more numbers that were given by them. But dont remember the numbers now..

DELHI : 45723330/45723331

They have transferred me from one department to the other.. They also gave some mobile numbers where you have to call atleast 15 times so that someone picks up the phone..

I was given these numbers and after trying several times someone picked up. They said they are responsible and will get back but no response in last 3 days..

I even offered that I am ready to pay extra Rs 5000 if I get the courier today (2 days back). But have not got any positive feedback yet. I am losing Rs20, 000 as dummerage charges every day.. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME...
