I sold my purvavenezia apt 18 months back through propmart, and at that time
propmart told me to invest in "star enclave - chennai" on a buy back schema for
18 months. Now 18 months over(the agreement is for 18 months) and now they are not returning my money.
before invest in propmart (or even purvankara, because propmart is owned by purvankara) think twice.
they took my 24L as investment and they are not returning my money as they promised.
