No.2, Cubbonpet Main Road, angalore 560 002 - Karnataka State.
In this connection I wish to inform you that I have not received the above maturity amount though it got matured already. I was working in a Central Government Organistion Viz., Industrial Finance Corporation of India and took VRS in the year of 2003 and I am not working with this organisation now. I enquired about the refund of the maturity amount of the above ARS Bond with your local office and I was told that the cheque was despatched to the address given in the Bond. Since I am not working in the said organisation I have not received the above post. Hence I am requesting you to kindly send me the maturity amount to my residential address which is mentioned here: R Mythily, MF - 15/10 MIG Flats, Nandini Layout, Bangalore 560 096.
