can't take admission in MBA Because of ptu's Careless its degree is useless & its degree is waste

First of all I would like to say the PTU University isn't a good and those who have complete our degree they also confused like you because they didn't find the degree(Provisional) on the time and I'm also suffering from this situation.I just complete my graduation with PTU(DEP.).It was my mistake which I didn't understand about this university.
