Hello Sir/Madam,
I am a student of BBA under the mode of distance education of Punjab Technical University. I am pursuing my studies at an affiliated learning centre of Kolkata. The thing which concerns me and all my friends a lot is whether we will be able to complete our education properly under the stated university. The university never gives us any feedback. We are going to end our third semester but till now we haven't received our marksheets for the 1st and 2nd sem examsThe university also doesn't give us the required number of study materials. The exams are not properly conducted at the centre. Some of the good students are also purposely failed in their sem exams so that the university can make money by taking the reappear fee from the students. We are highly worried with the management of this university as nothing happens on time with any amount of care. We will be highly obliged if you take strict action against the university so that they mend their ways because not only for us but for many more there are miles to go.

I have completed M.Sc.(I.T.) (L.E.) in 2005 from PTU successfully for which I have still not got the mark sheet of 3rd sem. When contacted the university it says they can not help and need to contact to the institute/college. When contacted the institute, they say I need to collect it from the university as it is a old case. This is really affecting my career and is frustrating. The way they talk and their behaviour is not tolerable. This is really really pathetic.

I CALLED THEM MANY TIMES BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME SUITABLE ANSWER.
PLS PROVIDE MY MARKSHEET AS SOON AS POSSIBLE,BECAUSE OF THIS PROBLEM
I CAN'T TAKE ADMISSION IN ANY MBA COLLEGE OR INSTITUTE.

I am writing this mail after very pain full and harsh experience with Vice and Florence Education, I have sent them many mail and I even called them many times.

As per your last mail dated 22 Jun 2012, University have sent me mail (your DMC of 2 Sem of BCA under reference no. 037182 has been forwarded to VICE , Delhi , You may collect it from your RC Vice, Delhi . it is sent in 126 DMCs Lot), you can collect your mark sheet from Vice or RC, but Sir, they told me, we didn't received any DMC from PTU,

Sir please let me know who will responsible if I have lose my Job, I am working in IT company as software engineer. and my Employer is looking 2nd Sem mark sheet and my degree. My employer give me 10 days times to submit my remaining document.


I am working in Nexus Development Center Pvt Ltd as Software Test Engineer.

I did not get any positive response. Please sir help me, My employer want to see my all original document, I am working in IT company.

I am sending you my all details, I have not received my BCA 2nd semester mark sheet and degree yet.

Please provide me as soon as possible, I have already contacted to my learning center and University PTU, (Vice Education Pritampura and Florence Polytechnic South Ex) and sent all details.



And also i am MCA student of PTU, i am waiting my last sem result.

Hi i have completed my MBA from PTU in March-2012 through distanec education but till they have not shown my result and even in 2 exams they are showing i am absent. I have even sent them attendance sheets for the same but till date no action has been taken from there side. Moreover when i approached to one of the office staff of PTU distance education deptt. he said to call me personally and didn't register my complaint.

IS THIS our education department????????????

I have many proof their careless like ( Sending mails details,mobile recording & Visit Date of Regional Center & University.

due to my fees problem P.C.E.T college lalru mandi(vill:malakpur) will not allowing me to fill my regular examination form. i am b.tech 3rd sem student. i will not paid my 4th sem fees. due to this, the institutes will not allowing me to fill my regular as well as re-appear examination form.
so i urge to all respected authorities to take initiative steps behind it before it tooks late.

Myself, Hemraj is a student of BCA[protected] DISTANCE EDUCATION PROGRAMME.I give my 1 and 3 red sem reapear exam in march 2012.and result come on july 2012 on sem 1 paper it shows me absent and sem 3 result shows again reapear I send sem 1 attendence again but still result not come and about sem 3 my paper goes very good it is 75 marks exam and I done 60 marks paper good but this show only 19 marks and also still result not come please do the needful about my result and please tell me there is any procedure through which I can checkout my paper front of me?

Sir, I was the student of your university of ECE 2006 batch(B.Tech) under roll no: [protected]. I have applied for the 40% rule(Int+Ext) if there is only one paper , we can apply that adf if the marks are above 40% in ( in+ext). PTU will clear the paper. I had applied along with all documents and submitted in PTU on 16 NOV, 2011. However, I was told that our result will be sent to college within one month. However, it was not sent. I again checked with college and also with PTU in December, this they told me that you are declared passed and your total for 6th sem is 573 marks. But when i checked with college, they have not received any result notifications. So, again I went to PTU in May 2012, thy again told me that we will send the result to your college and we cannot provide the result to student by hand.Also, your when I log in on our website, there is no reappear showing.
So I request is to send my result to the respective college , so that I can apply for the DMC as it is affecting my career.

I am Rohit Puri from Chandigarh and i have cleared BSCIT LE Course through Distance education from one of the Learning centres of PTU which is Asian IT Education,my Roll No is 71369011... i have got all of my 4 marksheets and i applied for my Final Degree Certificate on 20th March 2012 and i was told that i will get my degree within 3 months but its been more than 4 months i havent recieved my degree certificate, i have visited their local office GCS computers sec 9 chandigarh but i am not getting any help from there,Mr Ashwani and Mr OM there...i am really surprised by the careless attitude of these people ,,,it is a matter of my carrier now as i am working as a manager in private firm and wants to do my MBA now,,,Pls help me i[censored] can

The problem is my name in the marksheets are incorrect and I have already submitted the applications and copies of the X certificate, but still get the incorrect name. I Neelam Jha have done my bca from Punjab Technical University(Roll No[protected] under the Distance Education Programme. My study Center is in Siliguri.
I have completed my BCA final semester examination in September 2011 but have not provided the 5th semester result and the degree certificate since now( July 2012).
I am facing lots of problem for applying for any type of job.

Kindly suggest a way out so that I can receive my result and degree as soon as possible.

I am very frustrated with Punjab Technical University and Softdot instutite pitampura Netaji subhash place. My MCA 6 semester result of september 2011 is not declared by the university yet. Softdot submitted my fees to some other roll number and i was unware about it for more than 2 months. I wrote first application for declaration of result on 15 January and i was told i will get copy of application to my home but then i kept on waiting till march and kept on regularly calling to ptu helpine for non- declartion of result. They kept on telling everytime that it is declared in lots and will be declared soon and they even told me to write email to them but there was no response. Then finally in month of March i went to softdot and they issued letter stating the details that that they have submitted the fees. I took the application and went to VICE. They checked my details and told me that my institute has submitted the fees to wrong roll number. I told the same to softdot and they vice told the instutute to pay fine for rectification. Next day i called vice and then i was told that institute will issue rectification application and pay the fees of rectification. Then i called softdot regarding the same and talked to Mr. Sunil he told even if it is mistake of sofdot you have to pay rectification fees. Then i went to institute and talked to Mr.Kalsi. He was the person who helped in getting rectification fees and application after 15 days. It was submitted to vice by me on 17 March 2012 and sent to PTU jalandhar by vice. I was told that it will take time of month for the declaration of result. I told them i will wait till month but my result was not even declared on 17 April 2012. Then i went to jalandhar PTU. I went there and found that my file for result was still left in pending. Then i spent complete one day in University for the declaration of result. By 2 pm on 18 April 2012 i was given a paper on which my total marks were written without any specific detail about % or maximum marks. I was told by them that my result will be declared on website by 20 April 2012 and it is 100% . I told them how can i believe you if kept on waiting for 6 months for result and still its not declared on website. I asked them to give me marksheet or certain document that clearly specifies my marks but they paper that they gave me just includes 381 as my marks written with marks of other semester which includes the grand total only without maximum marks. I just want them to declare my 6 semester MCA marks on there website nothing else but still it remains pending even after making more than 25-30 calls in the month and visiting university. Result dept. head of dep promised me and i was told to go back and they will definately get the result updated by today is 24 April 2012 and still it is not updated. I even rang to MR. Amanpreet Dy controller of examination and requested him to get the result updated on the website station the reason that i have to join a company and i will be required to show the xeroz of website marksheet but he said you want to get the result updated or you are getting problem in joinning the company. I told him declaring the result on website will be resolution. I even told him that i was told by head of result department that marks will be updated but still it is pending. He told me to talk to him then i told him i donot have his phonenumber. Can you please give me the phone number he replied i am not a receptionist then he said i have too much of work. Then i requested him again to please get the result declared on website soon. He said keep on speaking whatever you want to speak and said i am listening. I said sir i just want my result declared on website. He again said keep on speaking and then after few minutes he disconnected the call. Then i rang to dean of PTU and PA of dean gave me phone number of Result head but still my result is not declared on website.I even called yesterday again on the helpine of ptu stating that my dep MCA 6 smester result is not declared on website and they said yes your result is still pending and will be declared shortly.I told them i am listening the same statement from you since last 2-3 months. I have always recieved my previous semester marksheet after 4-5 months of decalaration result so i just want the university to declare my result as soon as possible on the website.

Dear Sir/Madam,

PTU gave notification if person has one subject reappear in whole B.Tech and subject contain above marks of 40% including internal and external marks, he/she will be declare all clear and pass thatsubject.

And result will declare in 7 to 10 working days.

I gave application regarding this 1 Nov, 2011 to my college and received date at PTU is 5 Dec,2011.

But I didn't get result after 4 months.

Since last more than 4 years I am requesting to issue degreecertificate and thereafter continuosly making contact but all efforts are futile. I am student of GNIMT Ludhiana.i am having issues with my university because of results.i have compartment in BCA 4th sem from the last three times.the problem is this from all three times the results are exactly same even the marks are same.no one takes any responsibilty regarding this matter.even they stopped the revalueation process..i am fed up of this harrasment..how can they play with someone carrier..i am so tensed right now and iam dead sure that there's been a mistake in checking my paper..pls can anyone help me.

I have an UMC case which was solved by the unilversity & given me letter that I have to reappear that exam, I visited PTU Jalandhar on 8th of jan 2011. Now i dont know why the result is pending.. I called at your customer care ([protected]) & they are saying that they cannot trace how to get the results, I am not getting any support from the institute from where I full fil my forms of MBA.

Pls help me as my life is depending on the result of MBA.
