Not sending marksheet and degree certificate

Counselling registration Problem

Mistake in exam checking

I got my answerseet of these papers through rti i found i can be passed in these exams.
I got answer from ptu through rti that you can only got reeveluation throgh rules o[censored]niversity by pay 1000rs. I got supply again n agaiin. This is fraud university they ware playing with distance students future....
