Questnet/Gold watch — Request for refund of 35K Rs from Questnet (Gold Coin business company)

Dear Sir / Mam,

I have paid Rs.34, 440.00 for a golden watch through Questnet online. The company haven't sent the product and also caught by CBI for fourgery.Like me many of the people are lost their money through ONLINE purchase.The company plays Multi Level Marketing scheme and many of the people got huge profit and making fool of latest joined members. Lot of people made police complaint in Chennai and 'Padma' was caught by CBI and the investigation is going on, I believe. CBI ceased RS.7 crore from her home. If there is a chance to distribute the amount to the losers, please inform me and I have to come and collect the money. The gold coin given by that company is not at all the Gold.Many people checked that coins and proved in front of Police and Government Authorities.

Please consider this as a complaint from non-affordable person who want immediate action for the refund.

QuestNet — Cheating case

I joined questnet in april by paying Rs. 32, 600-/- and I did not receive anyproduct. Please take up this seriously and destroy them.

There is a branch which is freely acting in thiruvanmiyur, chennai, india (near to thiruvanmiyur police station).

QuestNET Business(gold &silver coin) — Complaint against non Delivery of product

After getting disappointment from all my efforts I am here to seek your help . please help me...

I joined the so called QuestNET Business 11 months back .
The business is based on MultiLevel marketing in which they sell their product which are said to be "Ajmer Shrief Gold and Silver Medallions".
I ordered the coins and paid Rs.32200 . They claimed to deliver the coins in 90 days time frame.
But they haven't delivered till date.
There is no option of cancelling order on their website which is the unique feature I saw in a shopping site.

I contacted the call centre couple of times but I did not get any positive response.
They are not cooperating at all.

I request you to bring up my case to them and get my money refunded.

I want to file a case againt them for the mental harassment I went thorough. Please let me know how I can do it.

How many times to remind for non -receipt of product? I think no limit. Its a fraud company. Insted of happyness I experienced only troubles/harrashment after ordering the product.

sir i want to inform you that when i was played in the gold safe night programme on zee tv i have spoiled my 1000rs money through this show but my line was not connected they all are fraudists and makes the people fool like me so kindly inform everyone and dont make be fool like me the no. shows in this programme is 5664464 and call charges is 12rs/minute so there is no hope to win money they r just making the people fool sometimes phone has been connected but there is not output frm otherside and charges applied sometimes they put on hold so friends dont be fool and please dont try to be winner of this show they all r simply fraudist...

hi mr. arun this is uday from hyderabad, i am also same like you cheated by this company, but we thaught like that, if you did not received your product, they will definetly send your money back, you have to apply for that i am here with sending one e-mail id for that id you have to attach your photo identity and your up liner photo identity. then you have to send your request from mail id which you have mentioned at the time of purchase. then only they will consider if not they wont response.

Let me put some facts around Quest. It may work or probably used to work atleast I have seen that with my freinds. But let me tell you my story. I paid Quest around 35K INR in 2008. Guess what. I am still to get the product. For the last 1 year I am after gettting my money refunded from Quest. I have e-mails and document from Quest that they have approved the refund. For over 6 months this approval is still on and I am yet to recieve the money. I dont have the kind of money to hire a lawyer nor have the time. People who are doing well in Quest, my hats off to them. Do well in your life and all the best to you. Atleast to me, Quest is downright unethical in doing business. For a person who bought the product, he should atleast get the product to do further business or to hire new IR. Its like you go to a shop, pay money, but you dont get the product, nor the money back. Help me understand this

I am sure there must be a technical glitch in your case. I have been working with QUESTNET for 3 years now and haven't heard of any such query from any of the members in my network. I am sure if you communicate the scenario with proper authorities within QUESTNET, you wont be disappointed.

I guess there must be some misunderstanding here. Sometimes the courier company's mistakes are behind the delays that happen in any delivery. Specially in India, where the courier companies cannot match up to the international delivery standards, the delays are a common headache in ordering anything online.There are not this much delays in any delivery system. I am sure you must have received the product by now. If so, please post a comment on this thread, to close the matter. Otherwise people are given a false impression that the order you placed in 2008 is not yet delivered, which is obviously not the case.

I think thease people are in the wrong hand. The company is good and gives an excellent opportunity for the bussiness, for those who are really hard working and enthusiatic.
I have purchased a watch which i got ORIGINAL from Germany with in 15 days, Not only me but 100s of my friend enjoyed the purchase and doing good bussiness.

So what i request u to please before becomming a member or just showing the good things u purchase and suffer due to some fradulent companies spoiling such a fast growing company with 6-7 millon people working for it all over the world.please go in details and get the correct and full information .

There must be some technical error for sure otherwise this is the best MLM Company in Mubai. I am working wthe same and don’t find a single issue on my part. Contact a authorized person and they will help you. Hope you won’t get disappointed.
