Hi,
I am Manisha A Lala, the upline of the person concerned with this product. Being fair in business, its my first and formost responsibilty to check that my client gets what is promised by the co.
This is with reference to the mails below in which we have mentioned the non delivery of the products and have already mailed them twice.
But what I got was only false promises in return without any cluse aboout the product.
I joined the so called QuestNET Business 2 years back.
The business is based on MultiLevel marketing in which they sell their product which are said to be German made Mayer's Mint Gold Coin.
I ordered a package of a coin. a bio disc a pendant and paid Rs.62000. They claimed to deliver the products in 2 months time.
But they haven't delivered till date.
There is no option of cancelling order on their website which is the unique feature I saw in a shopping site.
I called their call centre many a times but they ask me to wait for some time and are not giving any concrete reply.
They are not cooperating after taking money from me.
I request you to bring up my case to them and get my money refunded.
I want to file a case againt them for the mental harassment I went thorough. Please let me know how I can do it.

Even I did not receive the product after regular complaint. So I went to the local police station and registered a complaint of fraud against QuestNet. I sent QuestNet an e-mail with the same FIR number. Within a week I got my money transferred into my Quest account. I now have to transfer the money back to India. This is a complete company and will never interact with it again.

friends, i am also working as an independent representative with Questnet, its a MLM business where you need to put efforts, its really helping me to earn my expenses. its spready in so many countries. how can it be bad, its the irs performance tht makes it good or bad who earn well know its not bad, as thy put time n work on it. others dont so they dont like it.

If the IRs put in effort they do get good results, i am working with Questnet from last one year, and have been successful in selling the products and have earned quite well. its because i attended the training sessions and learned the exact skills to sell. have patience to gain success.

As my sister is also working with Questnet from last 13 months and her performance has improved as time passed. Don't give up, but put efforts and things would be simpler.

Questnet has never mentioned things would be easy. but yes definitely it can be easy if you work hard. Give the required efforts and time to make the best out of the money you have invested. start working hard, i did and now i am satisfied. learn from my experience if possible.

I have always received my products on time, I dont understand why people are complaining. Its almost 2 years i am working with Questnet, I have never had delivery problems. Plz check the courier people that would deliver the product to you.
Well delay in delivery of good is one of the rare cases when it comes to questnet, as they are very particular of such things. I personally had no issues with delivery of products. Few people face such issues and then instead of trying to figuer it out as to what and where things went bad they complaint. I guess this can happen with any firm, so it is not a big issue.
TRUE, i HAVE NOT YET GOT MYPRODUCTS NOR MY MONEY BACK. i AM A revived stroke patient and have high medical bills to pay. THEY HAVE NO CONCIDERATION AT ALL IT LOOKS LIKE.
They are very considerate to any issue, so do not worry, sooner or later company people will get back to you. Have patience.
I am the only daughter of my parents, and I want them to be really happy also want to prove to them that I am their son. So after completing my graduation I started working with Questnet with a friend of mine. Initially I could not work properly, but the motivation within me did not allow me to quit. Soon I started to perform well attending the training session really helps.
LAST YEAR I WAS INADVERTANTLY REGISTERED TWICE.I SHOPPED MY PRODUCT ON NF-425356.I HAV ALREADY SENT CRF, ASKING TO ADJUST MY RENEWAL FEE FOR THE YEAR[protected]. FOR THE CRF NO.[protected], IGOT THE REPLY THAT MY ANNUAL FEE HAS BEEN WAIVED TILL THE FURTHER NOTICE.
NOW I ASSUME THAT MY NEXT DATE FOR THE RENEWAL WILL BE 24TH FEB 2010.
FURTHER I WANTED TO KNOW, WHETHER WHATEVER TRANSACTIONS I WILL DO WILL BE ADDED TO MY Q.ACCOUNT
