SirI recharge my mobile via rechargeitnow.com my mobile no is [protected] service provider reliance cdma recharge money 200 via pnb debt card on the date of 18.12.2011
i dont get recharge but transaction successed my Order Number is: R43245018c11 i log a complain but there is no answer of that complain till now please help me what will i do

SUN DTH — amount deducted
I am a customer of sun dth since 2008.i can not see paid channel after change sun satellite,i am also calling many time to sun customer care but finally i am not get engineer in my home for dish realigment,i am continue calling to sun care for re aligmant of dish,they always say "your complain noted & forward to concern dept" please wait 48 hour but currently i spend for wait more than 2 month.I have some complain no eg 1-[protected],1-[protected],1-[protected],1-[protected] and i have recording of your executives.
So my balance contiune detact from my account i am requsting to sun that if i am not able to see your paid channel than why my balance detact.
