We have found that you have not raised any question regarding this issue on our website, before writing this post. However same time we have found that as you have been doing enough number of recharges at our portal, so would like to make you understand that some time due to technical delay at bank server side, we don't get proper response and wallet is not filled immediately, which takes upto 24-48 hours, as you have written that the wallet refill was done on 15th so would request you to wait till 17th.. and as far as our services are concerned we will like to say that this is the first complain against us. Please do write us for any issue before making any complain at these type of portals.
