[Resolved]  Rechargeseva.com — refund not came

i have recharged from rechargeseva.com of vodafone of 120rs recharge 2times i.e 240....the amount is deducted from my account but in rechargeseva account showing payment pending..i complainted in there but no action was taken...recharge also not came or money refunded...please take action regarding this..
