Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is to inform you that I have purchased a woolen pullover of Red tape from MIRZA INTERNATIONAL LTD.(RED TAPE EXCLUIVE SHOWROOM) SHOPE NO E 29, SOUTH EX PART-II NEW DELHI-21 on 5/12/2010. Within 3-4 days of purchase the pullover which is being purchased by me start doing bubbling. The complaint instantly reported to the shop Incharge Mr. Raj& Mr. Harsh through phone, as I was busy in job I was unable to go the shop.I have visited physically the shop on 21/12/2010.They instantly reported the same complaint to their respective Territory Incharge in Noida(Nodal Office). As per them they have sended my pullover to the company,the company decided not to replace the damaged product, but ask me to take the another product at the discount of 50percent. The company is not taking any action in this regard& also start not picking up my phone. I have personally visited the store 10 times in such a cold season which make me PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY& FINANCIALLY HARASSED.Company threatend to not to go against the complaint in RTI or Consumer Complaint/ Court no one is there to look after your complaint. I have handed over my pullover whose detail is as below-

My pullover is still lying with them& no action has been taken.
Kindly let me know that is this a way company is doing a business in India. Its a clear cut case of cheat& forgery.I request you to kindly look into the matter& take a strict action against the company.
