[Resolved]  Red Tape — defective shoes & Shirts

Dear Sir On[protected] I Purchased Sandal Article No. RSS1492 and Shirts Article no RSF6276 From Mirza International Ltd. Shop No-111 City Centre Mall, Rohini, New Delhi-110085. The Shirts found defective and strip of the sandal has been removed/ torn with in fifteen days. Both the articles have been returned to the mentioned shop to replace the New on[protected]. But your representative stated that these will be returned after get it repaired, and did not replace new mentioned articles. It is request you to give direction to replace the new mentioned items instead to issue after get it repaired. I made the payment for new item so that why should I use the repaired during the very short period/within fortnight Mr. Rishal Singh [protected]
