[Resolved]  Redcell Technologies — Not received 2 months salary

Feel sorry about that, but did this post worked..??

The consultancy named Sampoorna Computer people did the same thing to me, they have deployed me to the company named Quality Kiosk but when they fired me, did not gave me the last months salary despite visiting their office several times.
Shame on such people.

can u give a overview of company and its selection procedure...and what about salary

This post is all fake.

Redcell Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Is a very prestigious company and I am working with them from the past 1.5 years and very much satisfied with the work environment their.

These are all rumours which are spread by some unwanted elements.

Even some IITians are also working with this organisation.

They have number of projects in their pipeline for which they are recruiting fresher staff.

So please don't believe all this visit the workplace you will come to know about that.

I have read all the posted mails and their answers about Redcell Technologies Pvt.Ltd. Actually I am going to join this company very soon.I hope everything will be fine during the working tenure.My researched about this company is positive this time.According to me everything depends upon the performance and the relation between the employer and the employee. we should know the both aspects.
So i think its enough now...Redcell Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Is a very respected company in IT field.I hope to get good working environment after joining.

It's actually a fraud company. The owner tells lie all the time. We placed candidate in the same company on the post of HR Manager but they didn't paid us for same and everybody in company is telling lie to us that that candidate has left, while the candidate was working in that company, who herself confirm that she is working their and they are not giving her salary. (We are not putting the name of candidate here as it's a public plateform) We visited their office many time but failed to get our payment.

The post by company person that they are prestigious company, we have 100% doubt on that. We have all the documents and proof/mails of communication which they didn't respond.

We personally don't suggest people to join there or if they join, they may join on their own risk.

this is a public site and please dont use abbussive languages ...but i would like to say in my whole life i hv never heard of this company...it is such a company that changes its venue the day before its recruitment test...so how can one count on it that it would treat its employees properly...

This company come to campus recruitment in kolkata to several collages...with the package of 2.5 lpa...if its a fraud company then how the hell they are campusing to the no. of collages???

I think if a company is said to be fraud,
It cant even survive for a month,
But if this things are true

How REDCELL MANAGED to survive for last 6 years.
And still going on.

The company is situared where they are from last 1.5 years.
If a company is at a peak than it will expand and for expansion definitely one has to change the address.

Well I believe guys,
RedCell is one of the best Developing company providing all the resources that are required for a trainee.

And if you talk about package,
It totally depends on ones performance,
If the guys are not performing well, Than no one is sitting in the market to pay the salaries from there pocket.

RedCell is growing bigger and bigger,
And one day will shut the mouth of all this one wanted stuffs posted over here.

If the company is that much good, why you hire people from consultant and then say all lies to the venders that the candidate has left. If it is so why you haven't release the payment for us for our placement in your company. Making such kind o[censored]seless and baseless boasting about your company even without providing your name and designation in company. We have all the conversation regarding our placed candidate, your all lies (which was done by your entire team including Director) are with us. To whom you are making fool. You even didn't respond to our complaint posted on the same plateform about non-payment to vendors. Why don't you respond to my this post and we'll show you how big fraud you are. We haven't seen a company with that much worst business ethics & values.
