[Resolved]  Redcell Technologies — Not received 2 months salary

red cell is a fraud company we r employees of red cell and we r going to fire a complain against them in police

I AM EX-EMPLOYEE OF REDCELL TECHNOLOGY PLEASE PLEASE DON'T GO THROUGH REDCELL TECHNOLOGY TRAINING BECAUSE THIS IS TOTALLY FRAUD IN ALL ASPECTS.

YOU KNOW, AASISH(MANAGER OF REDCELL) HAS HIRE 30 STUDENT AFTER TAKING 50000RS FROM EACH AND FINALLY HE IS OUT OF OFFICE FROM FEB 2011

The HR team cannot speak English.They mentioned in the seminar for recruitment, that they are expanding their horrizon in process control but at last it was proved they donot have any concept of process control.They thought process includes PHP, Networking etc.

I will tell you the whole story of these mother . These were 2 friends Ashish jha and Manish . In both of them Manish was little bit ok but totally culprit was ashish they started this redcell shop from noida near city center metro station in one house.that time total 9 members was there including ashish gf POOJA belongs to lunknow. then they shifted to sector 62 hired some 2, 3 more student for marketing and seo. but 2 student were very poor they were doing web developing and not getting more then 1000 rs month. then one new member came who was working in HCL bpo from 5 years then they planed to doing fraud recruitment 300 rs registraion charges.they went gr. noida, ghazibad, bhopal, DIT dehradun, lucknow and they were thinking to earn money like this. when they were doing off campus in lucknow Dr.M.C.Saxena College ashish met with Miss Shruti, and planed to do more fraud in lucknow as well.more over shruti was not aware of ashish thinking. they were not giving the salary as well they were playing with student imotions. now ashish mother got his place.

I had joined Redcell technologies on 2nd Jan, 2009 and left it in October 2009. They didn't gave me the salary and they had taken money against training.And after the training they will have to give 12500 PM after the training of 3 months but they have not given. I went to the office for the salary of my working period but they have not given... and not responded yet, so i am complaining against them and hope that i would get my salary.
