[Resolved]  Rediff Bol Messenger — Rediff bol messenger -not logging in

Hi Support team,

I am not ablet o log in to rediff bol messanger for past 1 month with the error message

"we are unable to sign you in.There is possibly problem wit yorr internet connection or your proxy setting.Please chek your setting and try again(E111).

Please give em step by step resolution for the same as i have not made any changes to my proxy settings ..which was earlier when i was susccesfully abel to log in

I am unable to login in rediff messanger and receiving following eoor when test it.

rediff bol was not able to establish a connection to the server.Please change the connection option and try again.


Please resove the same as soon as possible.

sir my redif bolmessanger not proper workning at 4 days he show me we are unable sign to you there is possibly problem with your internet connections or you proxy setting we are unable establiesh connections the server pls solve my problem fast sir iam watning for you your repaly me

i am not able to get into chat rooms.no chat rooms list are showing

I unable to log in rediff bol from 10 days due to E111.Kindly look into that matter & sent the solution for that problem.

They have the worst Customer service, they put me on hold and then cut the call without a call back also.
