Hello,
I purchased a Wooden laptop table from rediff.com. The product is defective and one leg of the table cannot be opened. As it is a manufacturing defect. I submitted a complaint and they asked me to ship the item back to the seller.
I told them my problem and asked them to arrange a pickup. I also talked to the courier company ecom express and they said that if rediff says thay will get the pickup done from my home and return the product to the seller.
It is their responsibility to deliver the right product but if the product is defective then they should take resonsibility and replace it.
But they are not replying now on e mails. What if I return the product and then they will not reply. One of my friend has faced this as the rediff people do not reply after getting the product back and do not refund the amount.
The customer care no. provided by rediff.com is fake. No customer care executive recieves call and call always get disconnected.
Also, the phone no. of the seller is also fake, The no. of seller is always switched off or not reachable.
Please help and get this replaced by rediff.com and tell them to arrange the pickup from my location.
