Rediscover is really very very bad clinic i have ever seen in my life...I had worked there for nearly about 2 months they people make fun of you, they make very false commitment.they THEMSELVES WONT TAKE SERVICES IN REDISCOVER...their all treatment are fake..they promise you what you want to hear not the real one...u people tell me how much u can loose in one month????only 2-3 kg...they can promise u up to 10 kg in 10 days???they uses very cheap quality of products...their oil is ridiculous, their various products for facials are from local brands..their staff is very very untrained...they initially wont suggest you anything regarding your diet and exercise but once your full and final payment are made they keep suggesting you everything...
Grow up peoples!!!you can loose your weight naturally by yoga, pranayam and diet control dont waste your money...

I recently went to rediscover center (DLF Ph.IV, Gurgaon) and on 3rd June 2012, joined one of the slimming programmes with (Rs.8,000) 10 EGVTs, 5 Ayurvedic sessions, 5 tummy tucking sessions. After the first session on 3rd June 2012, in which they gave me electric vibrations, I got sick,(vomitings and severe body ache), the very next day, i.e. 4th June 2012, I went to the centre and complained about it and requested for refund of money. The lady who is the manager, Mrs. Preeti, simply refused to listen to me and the receptionist Ms. Deepika Sareen, started yelling at me. Also one person who calls herself Dr. Deepika, started saying that it happens to every patient when they take the treatment, which one of their customers they were asking, confirmed as negative. I even went to the clinic the next day, i.e. 5th June 2012, nobody came out to talk to me, they just went away and Deepika Sareen started saying that take any other treatment but we will not give your money back, moreover she accused me, that she doe not feel I have suffered any health problem, which was very rude and defamatory. I called the manager,on 5th June 2012, she did not talk to me and said she would call me the next day, but she didnt. I called Preeti, even today, i.e. 6th June 2012, but she started yelling at me and said do whatever you want, we will never return your money. I have not been keeping well since then as I have severe pain in my body and cant sleep at night.
The doctor who owns the clinic is on a vacation for a month (to USA according to Preeti)and there is no doctor present in the clinic in his absence, few kerala based women are doing the treatments without supervision of any doctor or expert. How can a doctor be allowed to run a clinic like that, as this is totally unethical and illegal. I have no trust in the clinic and do not want to continue at such a place where the staff is so rude and totally illiterate and no prior training or doctor's supervision. Please help me with getting my money back along with damages to my physical health due to wrong treatment, and emotional harassment due to rude and unruly behaviour of the staff, as well as expenses as to travel to the clinic requesting for reimbursement and any other damages the forum deems fit.
Hope my complaint is looked in positive light and this illegal clinic is shut and put to justice through appropriate sanctions and costs to the management and professional negligence actions are taken against the doctor.

ON 6-OCTOBER 2011 AT ABOUT MIDNIGHT, WE WERE DRIVING OUR CAR IN DWARKA TO DROP OUR COUSINS TO SECTOR 9 OF DWARKA. SUDDENLY AT SECTOR 10 REDLIGHT, A TEAM OF 10-12 ROBBERERS ATTACKED US AND LOOTED RS. 13,000/- FROM US. EVEN POLICE WERE HELPLESS IN FRONT OF THOSE CRIMINALS. SHAME ON LAW AND ORDER SITUATION IN DELHI! I do not agree to the complaints, I have recently joined rediscover on 8 august 2012, and already lost 4kgs of weight, I am satisfied with the treatment and they are very patient and keep counseling me day to day on my diet and my progress, only thing bad is they keep trying to sell their packages, and I am determined to loose that 15kgs they have promised.
hi..Rediscover clinic in NFC is a cheat! I am also tired for asking back for my money for them..Lets sue Rediscover and Ms.Ganga in consumer court. I would like to get in touch with you. They r giving me back my money. I opted for a laser treatment which was and such shady method. It did more harm to my skin than anythng. Pls call me or contact me on [protected]@gmail.com. I saw their add of rs 1999 for 5 or 3 sonethng kg loss somthng
And contacted them. Whn i met their staff name
Vandana nd pooja they said take guaranted 5 kg
Less in 7 days which cost 10k but we gvng u50% discount.
So 5 kg loss in 7 days with5k and ayurvedicmaasage
.they are such a bold thieves ki they do 5 kg to 3 kg in

I am one of the customer of rediscover and ans invested not a less amount as invested Rs. 35000/- on EGL laser surgery for my accidental scar and didnt receive any effect after 3 seating and the 5 seating are offered to me...I really want to complaint against this clinic now because the amount spent for this surgery is i and my family knows how we have arranged and we just throw them in a called Rediscover, pitampura branch. now working in a news firm called zee tv as an HR i am start taking an action against them. AGAR CONSUMER COURT JANA PADA TO I WILL DO. OR NEED MY MONEY BACK.
Please lets make a list of who all have been frauded by the clinic and then I can file a PIL (Public Interest Litigation) on behalf of all o[censored]s, as well as complaint in the consumer court in Gurgaon.
I am very very satisfied with the treatment and they are very patient and keep counselling me on my day to day progress & diet.

If you are looking for results, assurance and professionalism you have come to the right place. You might disagree to my comments but visit the centres which are at different locations across Delhi to suit your convenience. I feel I have literally rediscovered myself after going through their Slimming regime.

My wife & me got excellent results in weight reduction. I pay all my regards and respect to Dr Kukreja who gave us a new and fresh look to our skin. After we got into shape we were told to maintain ourself which is fine cause they are responsible only to get us back into shape but not responsible there after if we don't take care of ourself.

I visited Gurgaon centre after seeing their discount coupon on snapdeal. After visiting them i made a few observations and decided not to pursue Rediscover. My observations were:
1. I did not get good vibes from the place. It is always said see how you feel by waiting a bit at the reception area and the vibes that you get, you'll come know whether the company is doing well or not
2. two ladies who tried to sell me the program were one could clearly see that they were desperate to enrol clients and started to giving me 5 kg weight loss options starting from Rs 1, 500. I could clearly see that whatever was being offered then was just to rope me in before they could sell me more services. I asked them to commit 5 kg weight loss in writing or refund which they declined.
3. I did not find their massage areas very hygienic and cleans
4. I did not see any massage clients and all of their rooms where empty - how can a centre remain empty if they are giving a genuine weight loss therapy. The word of mouth is enough to get them enough clients.
5. After coming back I started getting desperate calls and that too just for that Rs 1, 800 weight loss programme that was offered to me finally with cool therapy etc thrown in. No centre which is genuine and doing well would act so desperate.
6. After few months started getting calls from Dr Jyoti saying your name has been selected and you will get treatment worth Rs 10, 000 just for Rs 1, 200. Why would a Dr call me day in day out and what kind of service do they provide by discounting to 88%?
Well, that's from me. Be careful of such places.

She is completely a pain and always sits and chats with her co-workers, neither she moves from her chair neither she lets others work. Its all about management- if the manager is like this what do u expect from staff.
Please dont join...am their customer who has been treated very badly.
