REDISCOVER SLIMMING CENTREAT LODHI ROAD HAS COMMITTED A FRAUD WITH ITS CLIENTS. I ENROLLED MYSELF AT THEIR LODHI ROAD CENTRE IN DEC 13 FOR 10 KG, 10 TT 10 G AND 5 FACIALS PACKAGE IN THE MONTH OF MARCH 14. AFTER RECEVING THE HUGE AMOUNT OF RS 15000, SUDDENLY WITHOUIT ANY IMTIMATION THEY HV CLOSED THE LODHIROAD CENTRE IN APRIL 14. AND FORCED ME TO COME TO THEIR SAFDERJUNG BRANCH FOR GK BRANCH. AS I AM STAYING IN NOIDA I ASKED THEM TO SHIFT MY CARD AT THEIR NOIDA CENTRE . THEY ASKED ME TO WAIT FOR A DAY AND THEREAFTER WHENEVER I CALLED THEM UP THEY HAVE NOT PICKED UP THE PHONES. REDISCOVER IS REQUESTED TO EITHER REFUND MY MONEY IN CASE THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO TRANSFER MY MEMBERSHIP TO NOIDA BRANCH. I WOULD LIKE DR KUKREJA TO INTERVENE IN THE MATTER AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE. THE REDISCOVER IS GETTING A VERY BAD NAME ON ACCOUNT OF THIS CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES. THE CLIENTS SHOULD NOT BE SUFFERING ON ACCOUNT OF THE INTERNAL PROBLEMS OF REDISCOVER SUCH AS OWNERSHIPS OF VARIOUS CENTRES WITH DIFFERENT PARTNERS.PL RESOLVE ASAP SO AS TO AVOID ANY LEGAL REPERCISSIONS ON THE REDISCOVER CHAIN

i hv paid 20000 to rediscover and they promised me that they will help me to reduce my weight in just a month but nthng happen the weight which i loose is by myself i want refund of my whole amount from them plz help to get rid of them No star for this outlet. I was forced to do so, or else this message wont get posted.
Purchased a yearly package for myself and a relative costing around Rs.25000 and Rs.10000 respectively.
And suddenly this outlet is closed without any prior information.
How can such a big brand treat their customers in this way.
Nor was I refunded for the amount paid.
Well, not to forget the pathetic attitude of their staff and unprofessional-ism.
I was expecting at least a call from the other outlets.
I would urge people to stop visiting such outlets who cheat their customer.

Hi all,
I have also lost my money in Rediscover Clinic. They really did fraud.
They took 25000 from me & closed the clinic after giving 2 sessions.
We can take our money back if we raise voice & complain in team against them.
So I request you, Please club together & will raise complain in Police station.
Please contact on [protected]@gmail.com Once we clubbed then only we can do this.

staff doesn;t know how to talk to customer. there is no time schedule. all the customers are yellking at reception for which they turn a deaf year. they had shortage of therapist & the one they have dosn't qualify for the job.
Most importantly they operated very unhygienic way . my friend had got some very serious skin infection because of there infected belts & towels.
I strongly recommended to all to not come under false influence & better join some gym or yoga instead for a healthy weight loss.
