Dear Sir/Madam,
I had applied for renewal of my passport on dt. 17.03.08 under ref no.F006955 along with my brother's passport which he had received back long back, But till today i am waiting of my renewed passport.
In both applications we share the same address and other details, as well as police enquiry had been made by same officer, No FIR & any case is pending/going on in any Police station & Lower/High/Suprim court. I had explained these facts to PRO when I had personally visited the passport office 5 times EI. 15.05.09, 29.05.09, 18.06.09, 19.06.09 &30.06.09. On last visit I saw that the P.P form Which I had submitted twice in department that form is still pending in 23rd June 2009 list.
On Second hand Internet &The PRO promised for early delivery of my passport on 19.05.09, the online status also read that passport to be delivered on counter on 19th May 09 otherwise sent By Post.& 23.06.09
I request you to kindly help me in getting my renewed passport which has been unnecessarily pending since 16 months .

regional passport office - delhi — delay in getting passport
DEAR SIR,I APPLIED FOR PASSPORT IN THE MONTH OF FEB. 08, BUT TILL NOW DOCUMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED. POLICE VERFIFACTION IS CLEAR AND THE REGIONAL OFFICE HAS LOST ITS HARD COPY AFTER FEEDING IT IN THEIR COMPUTER. NOW THEY HAVE AGAIN SENT THE POLICE VERFICATION AND ARE SAYING THEY THAT THE POLICE REPORT IS AWAITED. PLEEESE HELP. MY APPLICATION NO IS Z092956.
