[Resolved] Regional Passport Office, New Delhi — Passport not received

Dear SIr,
I had submitted my indian passport application form to the regional passport office, new delhi on 04/08/2011 (file no-Y011820) for surname and address change and spouse name addition after marriage. THe police enquiry happened mid august and the police officer who came to my house after verification informed me that I will receive the passport within 10 days. It has been over 20 days and the status online yet shows"Application is pending for want of Police report".

Past 4 days, I have been running to the passport office and the police stations at Vasant Vihar, Ansari ROad and Andrews Ganj and every officer I ask is unaware about the status. Mr Yashpal Singh from Vasant Vihar branch police station had come for verification at my place and he has informed he has already submitted the documents last month only.

Sir, I have to travel out of India on 25th Sept,2011. I sincerely request you to look into this matter and help me receive my passport as soon as possible.

DELHI REGIONAL PASSPORT OFFICE — Passport not received

I had submitted 3 passport application of my wife and two kids as follows:
1. NEENA GUPTA - A 018918 DT 06-04-09 Passport recvd on 18-06-09
2. YASH GUPTA - M007077 DT 08-04-09 not recvd
3. RADHIKA GUPTA - M007078 DT 08-04-09 not recvd

The website portal is showing the police verification report clear and passport under process from 18-04-09 for all the three file numbers. My wife passport arrived on 18-06-09 whereas my children passport status still showing the same and no progress from last two months.
I visited the Main Delhi passport centre at Bikaji Gama place on 11th June but of no sucess because the lady PRO told me that it is under process and nothing more than that.

Would like to know whats the reason for the delay and when can we get these passport.

The Regional Passport Officer Delhi — Passport Not Received

I am Santosh Kumar Yadav. My FILE NO- A067857, KEY NO-[protected], D.O.B-05/08/1986 and dated of applied is 27/10/2011.My police enquire is finished. My current status is showing in Govt. passport portal “Your police report is clear. Application is under process”. Last 5 month it is showing same status & till now i didn't get my passport.
