MY NAME IS VIRENDER KUMAR JAIN.I APPLIED FOR PASSPORT ON 25/07/2011 AT RPO PITAMPURA, DELHI.MY FILE NO.IS- Z072931 AND KEY NO.IS-[protected] .MY DATE OF BIRTH IS 01/03/1960. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PASSPORT SO FAR. I HAVE VISITED BHIKAJI CAMA PLACE OFFICE MANY TIMES . THEY ALWAYS KEEP MY APPLICATION AND TELL THAT YOU WILL GET THE PASSPORT WITHIN 15 DAYS. BUT TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PASSPORT.I AM A GOVT UNDERTAKING EMPOLYEE AND ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED. ONLINE STATUS OF MY APPLICATION IS 'POLICE VERIFICATION WAIVED, APPLICATION IS UNDERWAY'AND THIS STATUS ID SHOWN SINCE MANY MONTHS.
PLEASE HELP.

I had applied for Passport on 29.10.2010 at Passport Office at Bhikaji Kama Place,New Delhi vide application no. A064990. As per the norms, passport should be issued within 45 days of the application. But despite lapse of more than 5 months' time and police report being clear, I have till date not received the Passport.Passport status enquiry since long has been showing the status as " Police Report is clear. Application is under process" and there is no progress in this regard. I have sent number of reminders in this regard to

But my emails have neither been acknowledged nor any action taken on that. It appears that the Department does not have the system of acknowledging the emails of ordinary citizens like me and norms are thrown to winds..

I once again reuest that the matter may be looked into and issue and despatch of my Passport be expedited..
