We have purchased Sparx L-43 design shoes in black-white colour on 26.11.2011 @11:40 AM from Ralaxo show room on Gurukul Road, Ahmedabad and done payment through credit card for my wife.
Her shoes size is 6 as per U.K.and measurement is also taken at showroom and asked for the same. She has tried the black white, blue white and other design shoes also. The L-43 design shoes was little loose and another shoes was perfect fit. But we thought it would be fine after usage as I was thinking that all sizes are same. Then we went to out of station on next day. After week, when she was stepping down from stairs then it starts pain on her knee part. Then we came to know this is happening due to wrong size of shoes. After paying the amount for branded shoes, if one will get wrong shoes due to shopkeeper's mistake, then what is to be done? This will hurt us.We want replacement of her actual size as this cause uncomfortableness in everyday walking. My wife feels very disturb while walking.
