i truly admire the relaxo footwear company for its wide range of best quality products, i have been buying them for November 2009, presently i am having sparx shoe (SM 16(B)) . I told me Custmer care but not reply. Custmer Care no.[protected] , 23658366 and Gorakhpur Field officer no. [protected] Ashish Gupta and shop master no. [protected] Pratap Foot Wear , Gorakhnath, Gorakhpur Uttar Pradesh, India.
kindly solve my SM 16(B) sparx shoes .

Step1>> i went to showroom after a long Argue they took my problem seriously.
but when i went again to take replacement shoes the answer was shoking??
>>25% charges will be deducted 1100-275= Rs 825.
>> No return cash only I have to purchase again pair of shoes by paying extra amount of Rs 275.
so rightnow I am very much FRUSTRATED and Will Request to company member please handle this case with seriousness.
this is Question on the Product Image and after sale service of the Company.
