[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Worst customer care service

I was applied for Reliance Broadband connection 25/10/2009 . I cleared all my documents However, your people after their commitment to install the connection by 27/10/2009, failed to do so. They don’t pick up my phone or call back, i want to Reliance office Secunderabad i check there backend my application was not summited the given receipt no [protected], Executive used my amount for personal, Executive name Kiran [protected] office people the given me Executive boss number [protected] Ramakrishna he told that Executive taken ur amount his in outstation wen he come i will send u. till date i didn't rev that boss telling me iam send u money but his also don't pickup my call, make horrible excuses I can't understand how its possible with a company like Reliance. I am disappointed not because that they have not got my connection but they have constantly failed to keep their words and have been missing their dates.(Everyday they will assure me that their come give me my amount . However, nobody comes and the guy replies with a stupid excuse).

worst broadband connections, , , , every times it is not working, , , very slow speed. but at the time of installation it is telling that all are good. Simply miss convinced. I am not getting why i paid the bill without use of internet.

I have purchased the reliance broadband+ yesterday i.e. on 19/01/2010 & the promise which I got from the dealer that It will get activated within 2-3 hrs.Still today i.e. 20/01/2010 after more than 24 hrs, it has not been activated.What is use of buying your broadband ?
The dealer says only one thing that there is server problem that they are facing.
There is no customer care no available.
I think its foolishness to buy the reliance broadband.
I will not recommend the reliance services to any body in my life.

I need to have reliance broad band connection at my area ganapathy, coimbatore.
So can someone provide me the contact persons number ASAP.
This is the worst net connection i ever experienced, I took the connection 10 days back and since then there is no network, i could not even use the net for 1 hr in these entire 10 days . I kept registering the complaints but no response from their end, the marketing person who followed up for the connection now completely avoids my calls.
I ask them to disconnect but no response for that also.

I have faced the same kind torture from them. I too applied by start of october 2009. While i gave the money sales executive, i aseked about the feasibility many times. That guy assured me that they will give within 1 week. After 2 days they confirmed the address and all.
After that i have not received any call from them . I called many people many times. Each and every person gave some different numbers. I called more than 50 times.
At last, one guy came with all equipments to provide the connection. He came to my home and gone to the terrace. He searched something and came down.
He told that he could not find any existing box (Router), so the money would be returned. I shocked by the answers. If this is the way of checking feasibilty, then why the f__king sales guy got money from me? Why the f__king executives verified address proof and all? Why this f__king reliance people made me to wait for internet connection, wastage of time & money (more than 50 calls) by speaking with this a__hole people.
Atlast the people from help (f__k) desk - [protected] told that they will return my money within 2 week.
Again i have started to call them for the money. Almost 4 months gone. they have not sent my money. Now a days they are not picking up the call itself. I think using our money they are all f__king each other on their office.

So, My advice to people ... Please dont believe this bangalore reliance broadband (wire) . The Reliance may be good but this division ([protected]) people really doing nasty things. Please dont give money to sales executives.

I appologize for what i am going to say. I recharged my broadband with Rs1500/- the balance is not updated till now and i am not able to connect to net also I called customer care they said that talk to reliance web world where you have recharged then i called reliance web world they said call customer care so i am hanging between customer care and web world, no body is taking responsibility to resolve this.

This really a very bad services provided by reliance. My MDN no: [protected] and the speed what is was getting is 20-30 kbps in the coverage area of HSD. I called the customer care for this but nobody has taken any steps to resolve.

This kind of services is not expected by such a big and established company.
Worst customer care ever. Facing the problem of loosing network since 15days and bloody hell, no one is responding back. The customer care guys says they are forwarding to there technical department dunno what happens, they will speak and then they say field execuitve will be coming to our place in next 24hrs but none of them turned up. I am facing problem since 15days. My work is daily coming from office and placing the complaint at night but no one turning up. I m fed up with reliance net and i decided not to pay the bill.
Reliance customer executives really are disgusting. Yesterday, I went to buy broadband+ net connection and one of the executives misbehaved with me for petty issue, he showed his finger while talked to me by saying "what will u do man, kya ukhaad lega?" and all...I said let me call the police and he literally snatched my phone from my hand...and I got the connection and I have paid Rs 3500/- but the speed is really pathetic. I am getting 40kbps, whereas when I used photon, it gave 220+kbps. I really regret buying reliance and wasting my money. I just want my internet speed, nothing else, they have claimed "India's fastest internet" It is worst...it took 30 minutes for me download one song from youtube, whereas photon took 2 to 3 minutes (max).
The worst service I have ever experinced. I am not sure why I am being harassed so much by your team.

I had a broadband connection in the name of Jitendra Jaiswal in the month of May'09 and I was very dissatisfied with the services. Feeling so, I got both the internet and landline connection disconnected in the month of June'09 and later an executive came to my place to take the instruments and I also have receiving of the same by your executive. After one month o[censored]sage the outstanding bill on my account was 485/- which initially I said, I will not be paying as I was very dissatisfied and asked the executive to use the amount of 500/- against the outstanding bill which I initially paid while taking the connection. But for sometime I use to receive calls from you collection department for the outstanding amount of 485/-. Finally I made the payment of 485/- in the month of Oct'09 in cash and got the full and final receipt. The payment was made to your executive Vicky Sen. and his mobile number is [protected].

Even after making the full and final payment I use to get bills and when I use to call the customer care no body use to help me. Post sometime I did not get any bill, but today I have received a legal notice from D & A Associates in regard to an outstanding amount of 2027/- for this connection from Reliance Broadband and I am asked to visit Chamber No. 246, Patiala House Court on 29th Jan'10 to make the settlement and I think I have already done the full and final long back.

Reliance Phone Service — not fullfilling the comitment

Dear Sir,
I have taken a prepaid connection ( reliance-[protected] ) almost one year back and asked to dealer to give the facility for enjoying the incoming call ( as i have another no for outgoing purpose ) dealer has given me a facilty for life time incoming + free Rs.50/- local call which i did't avail.

Immediately, after 6 month reliance customer care executive start making calls continously for depositing Rs.200/- for furtehr continouty for this no. i said why should i deposit Rs.200/- when i have life time incoming facility. they said no.....this plan was 6 month not life time, even we never introduced that time any life time plan i surprised ........finally ignored those calls and keep continue that no as incoming call only.

I shocked when they have disconnect my no on 27th Jan 2010 immediate after one year which was given me for free life time incoming call.

Reliance Broadband Data Modem — My data domem used by someone else and bill send to me

Hello Sir,

I am Yograj Shinde. I am located in Bangalore. I bought the Reliance high speed data modem in April 2009. After receiving, Reliance could not activate it for 15 days. Constantly following with the customer care they told me that there is technical difficulty in my modem and they took back my modem for replacement. They handed over me another modem and same were also was not working. When i checked with customer care i found out that that card which i was received second time was not on my name.

I had second modem for almost one month without working. When i personally visited the reliance web world i came to know that my card had given to some other person he was using it. Its absolutely illegal act to handover someone else card to other person. If he had miss used my card who had been responsible.

Reliance traced the person who was using my modem and eventually they handover my actual modem which was on my name. However there was usage of worth 3000 on my modem and reliance asked me to pay the bill to reactivate the service.

Despite the constant phone calls they did not heed my request and till date i am unable to use the data modem.

Please find attached scan copy of person to whom i returned the data modem.

Reliance Broadband — issue of bill

im rupesh jaiswal from bhopal, i have conection of reliance broadband of 150 kbps plan, i always have many problems regarding the connectivity of internet, sometimes i dont even get the homepage of the reliance,,sometimes the net stops working itself in between my work , i have sustain many losses due to this,,many time i have 2 go to net cafe to book my ticket & to fill some form which are urgent for me,, they have given me the waber for tht last mont but the problem is still continued,,they r now giving me 303 rs waber for this month,, but i told them that i can only pay the telephone bill of the month coz i havent get the full service from them,,they said tht u have 2 pay for the time tht net have worked,,means tht they wana say tht i have 2 use the service according to them,,but y should i coz i have paid 4 the unlimited plan 2 use it 24 hrs,,
