[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Caller tune code i want

My pre paid No is [protected]. without my consent they activated my talk tune service and charged the amount from my recharged amount . I do not want the subscription to talk tune service which the say is due for renewal on[protected].I request the coustomer care unit of re liance to deactivate the talk tune service with immediate effect

Airtel — Forged Signatures

I applied for an Airtel connection in April 09.

In June they returned my form stating that no connectivity is possible in our area, where as just above my flat there is airtel connection.

They misplaced my cheque. They returned my signed form. I am shocked to see that there are total 2 more pages added to the papers i signed. Both have my forged signatures. I signed the whole form is black, these signatures are with blue ink. There is a proper stamp and signatures of Airtel reference numbers on the papers.

I wrote an email to nodal and appalette, no revert from them. I tried calling them, no response.

This is a sheer case of forgery. I need to file a legal case now. Please advice.

Dear sir,

I have reliance calling card plane with RS. 650.
we are facing network busy problem for 1 month.
our call connects after dailing 20-60 min.I observe that many customers facing to network busy problem.When we dial ony simple STD format number call is getting through.

Reliance Communications — no has been bared without any pri-information

i am facing problem with this co. i have given a request to change my prepaid no [protected] in to post paid, in 17th if jun 2009, initially the have converted it in post paid and started services, but in[protected] my services had been bared with out any Pri-information, after many requests, its still bared, reliance helplines are also bared from my no. with respect to my last visit to reliance web world at sector 18, on 09-07-09 there person have told me that your bill is pending thats why it's bard, i had paid the prescribed mony at the same time, still the no is not started.


pl. do the needful, as i am facing problem from more then one week.

this is to inform you that i have complain to reliance customer care and reliance web world so many time about extra charges they have added in my mobile bill like:-
1.cricket sms pack charges,
2.ipl live game charges,
3.late payment charges etc.
and i have complain for to unsubscribe the above pack than also this service is activate in my mobile no.
so, kindly solve my problem give us waiver for unusal charge.

Reliance Communications — convert my prepaid to postpaid without notification and terminate my service

to whomevere it may concern my reliance mobile number is [protected] is prepaid number, without any notification they terminate my service on 08/07/09 .
On verification in reliance store they show my Number as postpaid as i am a regular user of number and on 07/07/09 i recharged my number of 100 RS...
PLz kind notify me regarding my complaint
