Reliance Communications — for bad service

reliance comminication in kanpur have giving a such a bad service since 3 months we are facing a problem not geeting a result after complaning also so i need you should take action against her so that
reliaze the mistake of their fault

Reliance Communications — NON REPLACEMENT OF MODEM

Sir, I had purchased data card modem from reliance but it was very slow hence i made so many complaints with them but no action was taken hence I terminated the service and requested them to refund the money of the modem but they refused and told me to get checked it with the huwei dealer. When I contacted them they told that the modem is out of order and it is under warranty hence please get the new modem from reliance instead of this. They had given me replacement letter also but the Relenace company had refused to change it because the box was not available while all accessories and original bill and replacement letter is ready with me. Please help.

I bipin bafna staying in Bangalore cell no [protected] have been charged for the value added service ( caller tune) which I have not subscribed till date. After confirming with the service provider ( reliance communication) they said that it is wrongly set from their side for which they cannot reimburse the charge what they have billed it to me. This is for the month of june 2009 interaction number : [protected] dt 30/06/2009
When we dial any number from reliance communication before the opposite person says hello or pick the call the seconds start mounting .
I don’t understand how is this possible before any body picks the call how the call time starts.
These people have duped millions of people in india by this way.
So please look into matter it is in the interest of the nation as well as the citizen of this country .
Hope you will look into my both the complaints and let me know at the earliest
