Reliance Communications — Deduction of balance from Prepaid credit

Sir, I am the user of Reliance mobile in J&K Circle. I have a connection havinig No: [protected] which I got it from Kathua HQ (Distt Kathua). During Last week My prepaid balance of phone convetted in to 0.38 paisa after doing two or three calls of less than one minute. I contacted so many times to the customer care service but they did not responded me good. They alwas say that our net is down or You have used Internet on the phone which is tootally useless. I recharged with Rs 200 on[protected] but I have lost this money within two or three days. Our Kathua service provider are also not taking any responsibility. They only say that it is the fault of computer. I am suffering much with out my phone as I am afraid of that if I will recharge again I will loose the money again. nobody is answering me properly. Plz help me if possible as I have circulated this No: to my all relatives and friends.
