I have taken a new connection at Angul Orissa, I had completed al the formalities regarding the duly filling of form correctly and the submission of all the documents as per your requirements. the sim was activated and the services to the sim only lasted for 2-3 days, when I contacted the concern dealer I was told that the sim has been deactivated in requirement of non mentioned of sim no. at the form, which was immediately submitted by me to the company through the dealer.
Since, Its been 10 days and the services to my sim has not been restored, as per the information passed on to me, I have resubmitted the required documents 4-5 times, but the services has not been restored, I have brought this matter in attention of your ASM Mr. Dev Kumar, but he also didn’t do anything, today when I contacted him from the restoration of services, then I was told by him that your form is incomplete and because of it only this was not being restored.
I want to bring to your notice that, if the problem was with my form, why wasn’t I told so earlier and why was I told to resubmit the documents, and he could have asked me to complete my form earlier, why the actual problem was never revealed to me earlier and it was told to me after 10 days of suspension of my sim services (my alternative no. is their on the connection form)and this was also done only when I rigorously started follow up on restoration of services.
I would also like to tell you that suspension of services to sim has made me suffer a lot mentally, physically, financially and socially.
I seek an apology by the concerned authority and along with restoration of services to my sim.

Hello. My reliance cdma no. is [protected]. My friends send me their SMS, and they even receive immediate acknowledgments, but i do not get the messages...even after weeks !! the messages i receive are about 10% of what are sent.
there is no clash of networks in this case, coz i am receiving 1 or 2 messages from every network...its just that i am not getting all of them

I have one cell no [protected], which is in lifetime validity.as per life time validity min.recharge 200/-necessary in every six month period.Against my cell no due date was[protected], and i got charged my no with 100/- & 200/- on[protected],[protected]respectively.
but services of my no barded.After that I locked my compalaint[protected] &[protected] two times, but all time waste.
I use this no for std calling I wasted lot money in STD calling on other network, mently disturbance.all that

Reliance Communication Ltd — Landline disconnected without prior notice

We hold a landline (no[protected] and broadband of Relaince communications. The incoming and outgoing calls as well as internet
is unavailable from 19th August 2009. As per reliance communication our bill for july 2009 was pending. But we had already paid the bill. After clearing this issue with customer care now they are saying our credit limit was exceeded. And RCL disconnected our phone without any prior information from 19th August 2009.
If RCL is having any issues regarding billing or so, they should communicate with us. Since ours is a educational institute, we are facing a great problem by the SERVICES of RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS.

As i have paid an amount of Rs/-55 for easy recharge to my mobile No:[protected]. The agents name is Anantha Lakshmi enterprises, 14th lane, Arundelpet, GUNTUR.ANDHRA PRADESH, INDA
The date and time of e-recharge is 24/08/2009, 16:09:11.

But the above said amount is not credited to my account still now.
Please solve my problem immediately.

Reliance Communications — Postpaid plan

Without giving me any notification, Reliance communication started charging for the numbers after 17 of August 2009, for which earlier it was free, and that too under their postpaid plan.
After calling to their customer care I was being told "sorry for the inconvenience caused" that's it.
Please is their anybody to who's listening and provide adequate advice.

sir i am using reliance mobile no-[protected] which is a postpaid connection and plan is 440 onnet unlimited free in this plan we get a facility in whch a person can call any reliance connection
rim, gsm, rtl no. free of cost.i usually call on these no. only and do not use on other no .
the problem is that they have wrongly charged me as well as barred my o/g facility
so please suggest me what to do
