I have GSM reliance mobile SIM with contact number as [protected] and SIM number
[protected]. I have recharge for Rs. 21 (which gives life time offer) on
[protected]. After that again i have recharge for Rs. 100 where i got Rs. 90 as
talk value. My complaint is, inspite of having sufficient and validity till year
2021, my SIM started showing SIM REGISTRATION FAIL on[protected]. I have talked
to one executive Mr. Amit Jha from my retailers reliance mobile number. To my
utter surprise, he told that my number is not a reliance number! Toll free
customer Executives of the reliance are not giving me the reason why my SIM is
being cancelled. They rather asked me to get a new SIM with the same number
which will cost me some more money. I wonder how can they cancel my SIM when i
have validity as well as enough balance! This is a pure case of FRAUDULENCE. So
I request you to do something that they do not repeat such case and re-activate
