[Resolved] RELIANCE GSM MOBILES — wrong deduction of balance

i am a reliance user no is [protected],Two times company deduct my 3rs balance without my permission,company active value added service on my number without my permission and worst thing is that 198 is not connecting to any customer care executive.
please note this compalin and refund me my balance...and deactivate all VAS from my number
