im trying the cus care no to talk to cus care person to tell that for what reason my balance has been deducted but there is no response for my call they always put on hold for long time and after long time it is disconnect. my no is [protected]. please make some solution that my balance should not be deduct automatically. please refund the money which has been deducted before some days.
I want to inform you that i am old reliance gsm(smart) ([protected]) customer.
23 November 2009 I was activated the Rs.20 sms offer (250sms). But when I know the new sms 1p offer . I was deactivated the old sms offer date 18 December 2009 . After deactivated I also confirm by “kolkata customer care”.
They have deducted Rs.20 from my account (mob. no [protected]) 24 December 2009. And, when I have complained (24 December 2009 time 7 am to 8.15 am) them, then they are saying that the both sms offer activated from my mobile. and also “thread me to cut my mobile connection”. But, this is not so. if every time they will deduct certain amount and threaded by “kolkata customer care” for no reason and will not hear to anyone, it is not shameful for a person like me.
Any way I want that my balance (RS:20) should be returned back.
So, please do something,
